Unfortunately i ended up to this place cause my car stopped close to it and to avoid extra charge from the triple a i decided to try. Worst decision ever. My car ended up in there for almost 2 months. They postponed the part arrival at least 3 times. Then all of the sudden they said it has arrived (i don't believe one bit). The car roof was all scratched when i picked up the car as probably some great genius put his tools on the roof without giving a damn of possible damage. You will wait forever if you end up there. Just go to Van nuys location trust me.

After making a deal, and confirming it in writing with three separate Disclosures, they increased the price. The Manager said the increase was because his employee "overlooked" something. I don't believe them because the Salesperson didn't put together the three Disclosures. Either multiple employees "overlooked" the error, or they are not honest. :-(

ABSOULTELY A UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP

f I could give a 0 stars I would. Negotiated a deal on a Certified Pre-owned car, I was told the car was mine and that it would be taken off the sales lot and held as sold. The salesman assured me it would be here. I live 10 Hours away and bought a plane ticket to fly down on 2/28 and pick up the car on 2/28 and drive it back. I checked into my flight on 2/27 @ 8:30am, boarding passes in my apple wallet and get a call at 11:41 am to inform me the car was no longer available. The car was "picked up" this morning. Then the salesperson had the audacity to ask me if there was another car I would like for him to help me purchase!!! Are you kidding me, the dealer just screwed me and now I'm going to let them do it again. $300 plane ticket out the window.

Great team with great attitude

Today I reached out to the sales team to get some information and was helped by Jesus Branco (Sales Manager) who was professional and gave a fair offer on the car I was interested in, and shortly after that, I went to the dealership and leased my new Giulia. Since I arrived, Camilio Brower was there to help me through the process professionally which made the process smooth and pleasant. I really recommend the Glendale Alfa Romeo to whoever is looking for a great car with a great deal

Brought In a Working Car, Left With a Broken Car

Recently had my husbands fiat smogged. The tech informed me there was a recall on a clutch part.The car was driving without issue but I wanted to be proactive so I called Glendale DCJ and they ordered the part for me. When it came in we scheduled an appointment. I brought the car in Thursday morning and picked it up Saturday. Now the car will not go into gear. Something is definitely wrong. I immediately reached out to the parts associate who handled intake, Marvin. When I was finally able to get a hold of him he asked what year the car was. I told him and he informed me the car was no longer under warranty. What in the world kind of response is that. I brought you a working car and now it's not. I feel trapped like this was some kind of ploy. I;m super disheartened and disappointed and frankly I'm scared to go back.

Sleazy dealer

This dealer is like shopping for a car in the 1960’s. But not in a good way. From bait and switch pricing. To condescending rude service, And over all dishonesty. I have purchased a lot of cars in my 62 years. I can honestly say, they are the worst. If this sounds good to you step up and purchase the car of your dreams.
