Best Acura Dealership in LA!

Negotiated the best lease deal in Socal with Alton on an Acura MDX 2020 Base model that no other dealership could beat! We had an RDX 2017 leased prior from them and loved the customer service, honesty, the car and the servicing department. If the car has some major dents, no problem they got you covered too. Hat down to this Team of Acura Glendale (not to forget Artur, Maurice and all the associates). Signing the paperwork when we came took less than 40min and we were showed a nice overview on our car as well from Corine I believe. Will look to do business again with them in the future.

I was looking for an RLX Hybrid Glendale Acura had one on line but had just sold it. Alton replied back to me that he would be happy to find me one in the color I wanted and at a great price. I gave him all the information and in 3 weeks had the car I wanted. He was great to work with keeping me informed at all times on the status of my car. When I picked it up Alton was off but Dwight took care of everything including having someone pick me up where I had dropped off my old car. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. You guys were the best! Thank you

2017 ACURA MDX

I've been an Acura MDX owner for more than 10 years. I just got a brand new 2017 Acura MDX with advance ent package and love everything about it. I had been indecisive for the last three years about which SUV to get: MB GLE (ML), Volvo XC90, Lexus RX350, or Acura MDX. Since I experienced first hand in driving Acura MDX all these years, I know how well rounded Acura MDX is. But other competitors' features, specs, and tech are very serious too. I test-drove GLE at a Arcadia dealership, XC90 at Pasadena, and RX350 at Longo. Almost got my hands on one of them. With Acura MDX 2017, it gives me the overall satisfaction; not just on the level of comfort, fun, safety, performance, but it gives you the biggest bang for your bucks. $10,000 less than its competitors. I got a good deal from Alton Ho. I looked at the curve of how much people in the States pay for the MDX with this package I have, I'm at the lowest (left) end of the curve! Alton Ho is not a salesman, he is my friend.

My previous Acura TL was totaled in an accident so I was on a limited time frame to find a replacement vehicle. I found the car on wanted through Acura of Glendale. I contacted the dealership through the "chat" function on Sunday. Monday morning I was contacted by Dwight Rogers. I live over 100 miles away so he was able to take care of my credit, work a deal, and prepare the paperwork before I drove out there. The following day it actually took me longer to get to Glendale than it did to complete the deal and drive away with my new car. I have always purchased my car through a "no haggle price" company but Acura of Glendale gave that company a run for their money. I got what I wanted at the perfect price and the best customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to fulfill their car purchasing needs.

I just leased a new Acura from Dwight Rogers. He is not just the best person I've ever met in the car leasing/purchase process, he is the tops, the best of the best. This is my second (or third?) car lease form him and from Acura of Glendale. Every aspect of the deal was painless and fun. I truly believe it when Dwight says, "I'm interested in solving people's problems." If only all dar sales and leasing reps thought this. Thanks Dwight! I'll be back in three years.

Alton and Dwight are awesome! Every 3 years I drive almost 400 miles just to get a car from Acura of Glendale because of their awesome customer service. The whole process was extremely quick and painless. I was in and out in a short amount of time. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I drop from Riverside CA to complete the easiest, fastest, and straight forward car leasing experience I have ever had. This is my 5th car I have leased. I was unable to get a honest and straight forward pricing from the Acura Dealership down the street, so I traveled 60 miles to meet Alton at Glenadale of Acura. I have to say, he deserves all the hype, awards he has already been recognized by Acura Corporate and that's because of his word, and consistency at what he loves and does best, and that's be honest and straightforward. Thank you for the excellent experience, it was worth the 3 hour round trip drive.

My husband and I recently purchased a new RDX from Acura of Glendale. Alton and Dwight are fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend asking for them if you're in the market for an Acura. We knew the make/model we wanted and started our search online. I emailed multiple dealers for comparison quotes. From the beginning, Alton was incredibly prompt with responses and helpful with questions. After comparing multiple quotes from 5 dealerships, Acura of Glendale not only quoted us the lowest price (below paid averages that comparison sites were showing), but was the most upfront with details about what was included, etc. We scheduled a time with Alton & Dwight for a test drive and ended up purchasing the car the same day! Alton helped us with the financing paperwork; he was really honest and gave us all our options but wasn't at all pushy during the process, like you would expect, by trying to pressure or up-sell us on anything unnecessary. When our car was ready, Dwight took the time to walk us through all the features (there were tons!) and helped us with initial set up of the audio/nav/bluetooth/safety systems. Overall, this has been the most efficient and seamless car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We got a great price, felt zero sale pressure, and the Alton/Dwight were so helpful. And of course, we love the car. Will definitely do business with them again.

Dwight & Alton were fantastic! Unlike many other dealers, both Dwight and Alton are extremely honest, no trickery, and best of all provided me the best price on the first quote. This was probably the most hassle free, BS free car purchase that I've experienced. I did my homework, obviously, before I started requesting for online quotes. I requested for the "best price" on the 2016 RDX with the tech package to at least 6 dealers near me. Dwight actually provided me the "Best" price immediately, and none of the other dealers were able to beat his price....AND the quote was for an AWD, not even the FWD. I unfortunately didn't get to meet Dwight, but his partner, Alton, helped me in person. He too was very sincere, and I don't mean the fake sincerity. I was able to get a car without having to deal with any sort of cringing and stress that dealers usually give. If you are interested in purchasing an Acura, I highly recommend going with Acura of Glendale's Dwight & Alton.

Fast and Straightfoward Experience with Alton Ho and Dwight Rogers

We purchased a 2016 Acura MDX from Alton Ho and Dwight Rogers of Acura of Glendale. Initially we called a number of dealerships to compare prices and Alton offered a competitive price, as well as suggesting a payment option suiting our needs that no other dealer mentioned, a one pay lease. Once we made a deal over the phone, it was VERY easy and quick at the dealership. Alton was able to do the entire process at his desk so I didn't have to work with a separate finance manager or anyone else. It took about 15 minutes to go through all the documents and complete the sale. All of the numbers and terms were exactly as he promised over the phone. No bait and switch or anything like that. This was by far the fastest experience I have ever had buying a car. I would recommend Alton and his partner Dwight to anyone looking to buy an Acura, and especially to someone who has done his or her research and wants to get right to the sale.

Definitely the best Autodealership around town. I visited the Acura of Glendale not knowing if I want to purchase or lease the ILX. I was approached by Alton, the Internet & Fleet Manager, who paitently walked me through each option, providing me with a detailed listing of prices and options that best suited my needs. Both Alton and Dwight were very professional, straightforward, and easy to deal with. They offered me the best price that other Acura dealers cannot match and in less than 24 hours, I went from not knowing what I want to signing a lease with them. It is my first experience leasing a vehicle and I have to say I enjoyed the process and am very happy to get the car I wanted. I will definitely recommend Acura of Glendale to anyone who wants honest, reliable, and quick service.

Best Experience In Years at a Car Dealer

I traded my 2013 Acura for a 2015 Acura ILX on Wednesday. I found the car I wanted online and began negotiating with the manager of the online sales team. He was conscientious without being pushy, professional, and accurate about price of the new car and my trade in. We drove 65 miles in LA traffic to the dealership and it was worth it! We were in and out within two hours and drove my lovely new car home. I would highly recommend this dealer even if you have to drive to get there.

I had a great experience from the moment I was contacted by Alton Ho (Internet Sales). Alton listened to the model and features I was looking for, and also kept the pricing and financing reasonable given my trade-in circumstances. When I came in to look at the RDX, I also met Dwight, and both he and Alton helped me get into my new RDX in no time. Alton introduced me to Brad at the Service department, who also made sure that my final requests were added into my RDX while I completed my financing paperwork. Dwight gave me an awesome tutorial of how to work the new gadgets on my RDX. I had such a great experience from Alton, Dwight, and Brad that I will definitely recommend Acura of Glendale, and in particular this trio of professionals to my friends who maybe looking to purchase/lease Acura ehicles in the future.
