Saw a bmw I like on the website, filled out a credit application online and called within 20 mins saying I was approved. I went to the dealer and it went smoothly. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable.

Reyna is the worst.

I called mid morning on a Tuesday inquiring about a vehicle I saw on their website,a sking if it was still available. Reyna put me on hold and went and checked. Said it was still available, and if I wanted to come see it, call them about 30 mins prior to my arrival to confirm and they will have it ready for me. 30 mins prior, I was about to leave work in Loma Linda, and called Reyna again to confirm that I was on my way. She confirmed with me the vehicle I was interested in, and told me she'd have it ready. When I got there, I was informed that the vehicle I had inquired about had "just sold". So, this dealership is not only lazy, and unprofessional, but also full of [non-permissible content removed]. Wasted my time. Will never go back here.
