I was rear ended and my parking sensors were damaged, I was able to take my vehicle and get it repaired. Everything was great, the staff was very communicative and polite and nice. My vehicle was fixed in the time frame I was told. Overall was a very great experience.

The manager needed to intervene for what the salesman promised verbally while we took the car for a ride. The finance manager was sooo bad trying to intimidate buyers into the extended warranty. He is trying to trick people of deals that would put you in big financial trouble.

Serviced old vehicle

Both the service rep and tech were very friendly and dedicated to diagnosing and sourcing parts to complete service on my older vehicle. Rep was always very responsive and put me in touch with the tech to answer all my questions so I felt confident and reassured about the work being performed. Other shops wouldn’t touch a car this old. 10/10 would recommend!

I had been shopping for a new car for a while and was some what surprised at the lack of follow up from other dealers. I had inquired about a test drive at Toyota and Chris is the one who follow up a few times and got my questions answered. I went in late to look at my trade and test drive the Rav4. I arrived after 7pm and drove out with my new car by 10:15pm. Thanks guys for staying late and getting me in my beautiful new car.

Service rep was great. Service team did not do what I paid for. They didn’t rotate my tires, old windshield wipers blades/trash left inside of the truck. Truck was not washed Overall very poor service Quote for resurfacing brake disks was not what the service rep proposed.
