Superstar at Ford Fairfield!

All was good with my purchase, but the true Superstar was Carlos Mariano!! We bought the new Bronco sport and it arrived two days before we were moving. Carlos made it all happen. Problem solving, great communications, amazing follow through and more! I've never seen such suburb customer service. Even now, getting Title in our new state, he continues to help. One word.....Superstar!

Ok, As much as I hate leaving reviews, I thought to come and drop this piece here. I have been to this store twice as the last option, but after today, they are my number one option. Both times, the staffers really wowed me! Excellent customer service, and they (different sales people to be precise) worked with me and today, both my son and I own two Ford cars at reasonable prices. Regardless of how much they will be making, these people are awesome. I say this because while searching for cars to buy, all the other car dealership outlets just shook their heads, or looked down on me without knowing my worth, but not these guys. (Carlos Marlano Sep 2020, and Jeff Tolentino 24 Jan 2021). I hope this gets to someone because I mean it from the bottom of my heart.

Came early on a Saturday with my brother to shop. Met with Bryan and looked at a couple cars, left shopped the afternoon . Returned with my wife, choose a totally different car, THANK YOU BRYAN and purchased, fair price, smooth closing, honest and pleasant financing experience. Overall everyone was professional, courtesy, honest and respectful. I trusted Bryan and his knowledge of the inventory.

Everything was good for the most part

The seller was great. Only a couple of things. Car was dirty it had candy stuck under seats and water spots. There is a big scratch all the way through the paint dealer put in notes that it could be fixed I've called and text no response yet. Thanks for everything and I'll see you again.

Lincoln Continental Reserve

Lots of choices starting from motor type and drive line to equipment ranging from Cruise Control to massaging seats . You get what you want and pay for it. Sure it adds up and a 50k auto becomes an 80K (including tax) auto quickly. However going "first cabin" always cost more , but in the end it's well worth it . The dealership offered good discounts from MSRP and was most accommodating overall in meeting my requests. New technology installed in the Lincoln is very involved and time consuming to properly comprehend. However the owners manuals are most helpful and if you have the time it can really be exciting learning all the cutting edge equipment like self parking and using the cameras 360 degree vistas. Bottom line I'm more then pleased with this fantastic automobile and so are all my friends and family

Best Car Buying Experience Yet!

I’ve purchased cars many times over the years from dealerships and this was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had. I live out of the area but found they had the used car I wanted. The car was exactly what I wanted. They made the purchase fast and easy plus I was able to turn in my leased car in a snap. My salesman Deandre was awesome. He did a final walk around with me and discovered one tire had a chunk out of it. It was Sunday and their service department was closed so Monday they replaced the tire and delivered the car to my home for me!! That’s top notch service! Thanks again!
