Sells my car ONE day before I got there to pick it up!

Negotiated with the manager for the entire week and planned on a coming weekend to drive over 6 hours to purchase. I begged the manager to hold it for literally 1 day because I was driving from a different state, but he said he can't. I offered a deposit, but CA policy states that car dealers can't accept deposits to hold a car. I was already including a bank cashier's check and ready to get up at 4 AM to drive over 6 hours for pickup. Volvo Escondido sold my car literally less than 24 hours before I got a chance to get there and pay for it! One of the most disappointing car buying experiences of my life. How would you feel?

Amazing TEAM

I am probably the most time consuming, whining, consumer ever. When someone has patience and can make my experience WONDERFUL, then they deserve a raise and a shout out! Simran sold me my first Volvo after my son died and he was so helpful when i came back so many years later. Patience, easygoing and professional. He even picked me up at my home and drove me to pick up my car. Turns out that i needed to go back and ROBERT helped me learn how to use the car and all of the extras. When I realized it didnt have the Convenience package - I literally had a breakdown! ROBERY AND LANCE WERE AWESOME! They sat down with me and helped me find the right car - then worked with me on my budget. Everything turned out perfect in the end. They helped put me in the RIGHT car. Instead of all black, the interior is multi colored so I can see the floor. Depth perception has been a big issue - I can see the floor! Its like going to the doctor - you want the experts to take care of you. If you are even thinking about a Volvo - go to Escondido. They work as a team, help you find exactly what you want and need. If its somewhere else - they will find it and Im sure their price will be better. Ask for Robert or Sim. You wont be disappointed. BTW Volvo is the safest and most comfortable car EVER! I have had a Honda, Dodge Van, Volvo XC90, Volvo Cross country wagon! Tried the Kia, the Lexus - once youve gone Volvo - there is NO COMPARISON. I have a Subaru Outback too - great car, but my back would hurt on long trips. Craved the Volvo again. Its an acquired taste that you fall for over time and realize you can never really get that experience anywhere else!

Rude-Non-Customer Caring

This dealership doesn't care about potential clients. I called, talked to the manager. He said to email him and he would get back to me. What I asked would only take him 5-8 minutes to complete. 3 hours later nothing. I called. The people answering the phone were real rude. One actually hung up on me. The other, when I told about my problem said "too bad, that's the world we live in." Unreal
