I spent several weeks looking for a Toyota Prius in the LA area. Finally, I decided to widen my search due to my inability to find quality vehicles. In fact, it was kind of surprising the lack of pride that dealerships have nowadays. I found a really nice Prius at Baldwin Auto Sales in Escondido. Based on the Carfax it was just what I was looking for. So, I called and spoke with Don who was very helpful answering all my questions. Enough so, that I decided to drive down from North Hollywood to take a look at the vehicle. Once I got there you could tell that him and his family take a lot of pride in their vehicles. After inspecting the vehicle and then test driving it, I knew that this was the vehicle for me. I sat down with Don and his father to talk about numbers. They were more than flexible, they even gave me more for my trade-in than it was worth. I left a very happy human. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

From purchase car to riding home it was all bad. After purchasing the car, he was doing paperwork and didn't want us to see have the keys. He had his brother go out to get keys from my mom & brothers I don't know know why?? I already bought the car. I was inside doing paperwork with him.. Was it because we were black, was the questions we asked my mom? Called spoke to Don let him know breaks were squealing couple days after we got home.. I was going to call him rt away but thought maybe it's because car been sitting for a while. He said he has no problem looking at it & to drive it for couple more days.. my mother and I drove it for almost a month. It still squeak& the oil matience service light is on now. I finally took a day off work to drive all the way up to Escondido so he can tell me he doesn't know why it's squeaking & his car does that too when it's cold & they didn't do an oil change for the car.. We just purchase this car less then a month ago. We should of had an oil change and the breaks shouldn't been squeaking. Those are the things we shouldn't be worried about if we buying from a good quality car lot. If we wanted to risk these type problems we could of went to the auction. The customer services was sucks from the beginning to the end.. I will be Yelping this also
