inspection

I was glad that all the leaks were found and a quote was given, but I was told the mechanic said there was something wrong with door and he would not drive it. I was not shown where the problem was or how it was such a danger to drive. I paid for a $235 for the inspection but was not given the complete damage to the car. When Aisha Cain released the car to me she briefly went over the damage but did not give me all the information I should of been given. I am a little disappointed with that service. Overpriced, and did not deliver

Services - especially the diagnostics - felt exorbitantly priced. $230 to look at a wiper blade and say that it needs to have the nut tightened feels exploitive. Then, once I received the vehicle back, it clearly had not been QCed. I tried out the wipers, and there was not contact between the blade and windshield. This is after a $230 diagnostic and a $170 'fix'. A mechanic came out and bent the arm with his hands, and called it fixed. I was a bit exasperated, and the service agent informed me that I could pay for a new arm (over $100). That was not considered or offered during the diagnostic or 'fix'. I will not use this location for services, consider purchasing a vehicle from here, and will share the same with those I speak with.

Avoid at all costs

Took way longer than they said it would. Did not respond to voicemails. Said front + rear brakes needed to be done on my father in law's car and only afterwards we found out (and have paperwork to prove) that he went to a different dealership 6 months/1000m earlier who said both brakes were >7mm.

Poor service , once they get your signature they don't care very much about you anymore that's how I felt. That's my opinion!

Finance department is shady liar. 2022 corvette stingray 2LT

Sales person Fardeen ali honest person Thurber knowledge about the car and features , but he can only do so much . So here is the real part finance department got me approved for TWO banks Ally financial for 7.99 % and golden 1 credit union 2.99 % , I told them I want to go with golden 1 credit union . Finance department told me there is a clause only if you buy the warranty from us Golden one will agree with the Loan complete Lies , I call golden one credit union they said that’s not in our policy the dealer is just trying to sell the warranty . Next I agree with ally financial on my agreement hard copy provided by the Dublin Chevrolet fiancé department my payment is $ 1509.1 I call Ally financial they tell me you payment is only $ 1477 we don’t know why the dealership printed out that number . Next all weather floor mats which is included on my window sticker , dealership forgets to install it at time of delivery . Neither mentions me that’s included I read the window sticker carefully call them 7 times at lest then finally gets mailed . I don’t know what to rate the dealership . They care about costumers experience and this is my Experience .

Avoid this dealership at all costs

I have purchased a car from this dealership and used their service department several times. The purchase process was a bit of a hassle. Looking back, I should have walked away then. The service department initially was good, with good service reps. Now, however, the current crop of service reps is cold and unhelpful. I purchased the Auto Butler service with the vehicle, and it used to be easy to schedule appointments and rent a car from them while your car was being worked on. The car would look beautiful when I picked it up. However, the last two times, they applied the coating without properly washing the vehicle first, sealing visible dirt in!!! And now it literally takes months to get an appointment (they are blaming it on Covid), you cannot get a rental, and their shuttle only goes 10 miles. They say they cannot take you all the way home, but they can take you to BART. I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the service rep he would be right with me. I waited 10 minutes for Lyft, but the manager never came. I will be demanding the remainder of the Auto Butler contract be cancelled and I receive a refund for the balance. I will not be doing any further business with Dublin Chevrolet.

'05 Corvette fix

My 2005 Corvette needed a new battery ware ting a trip to the dealership. While there, a technician discovered that I also needed two new tires, a water pump and a ride controls mechanism. They gave me a ride home to await repairs. All employees that I came in contact with were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional.

From Online to Out the door

Dublin Chevrolet quoted us the best deal online when we requested pricing. After shopping other dealers, we went there to check out the Sonic we were interested in. Kash was ready and showed us anything we wanted to see. He also didn't try to pressure us into anything. We were struggling with a decision between price and features and he just sat back while we decided. I loved not having the pressure! The sale went quickly and easily with no hiccups. It was over and done in 3 hours including test driving/deciding etc. Not too bad! :) I highly recommend this dealer for your Chevrolet and Cadillac needs! :)

Great experience

Got a price quote over the web and was able to go in a couple of hours later. Great selection of colors for the 2012 Cruze. No pressure to buy anything. Pulled up 3 different vehicles for us. We got to test drive without the salesman in the car which was nice. I got a fair deal on my piece of junk trade. Finance guy was cool. He made is pitch for the extras which we declined. No pressure no attitude which was nice. Overall the experience was great.
