Downey Hyundai has the best service team. From the initial phone call, they are always nice and helpful. They always take care of my car and do so in a timely manner. I’ve dealt with other Hyundai’s and I will gladly drive an hour to this one!!! Enrique and his team are great!

I also dealt with Jay Prieto the Internet Mgr. I knew what I wanted and I knew what a fair price would be. Jay provided a very competitive price over the phone which I accepted. Made appt for next day and simply showed up and left about an hour later with my new Kona. Jay was very professional and customer oriented. Mr. Lee was also very helpful. Very content with the car buying experience At Downey Hyundai due to Jay's and Mr. Lee's assistance. It was as easy and straight forward as possible. As other reviews have stated there were No surprises, No Tricks, and most importantly No BS and that is certainly refreshing especially when buying a new car.

I dealt with Jay Prieto --Internet Mgr to negotiate the deal. He was awesome and professional. In his absence on Sunday when I came in, Jerry busted his butt to make sure everything went perfectly--including helping me set up my Android APP. THe Finance mgr, Mr Lee was the best F&A pro I have ever encountered--super friendly and not too pushy. The GM --Arnold, is the most customer friendly GM you will ever find. NO Surprises--no tricks--no BS
