Great Experience!

Not only did I find a great deal on a 2015 Honda Civic, but I felt like the employees really cared about making my experience positive. I appreciated that they called my husband and I in the morning to see if we were still on our way to check out a Honda instead of just selling it to whoever showed up first. They also expedited the process since they knew we were trying to head back to SD to beat a storm. Everyone was very nice and I felt I could trust them. I would definitely consider Thomas Acura again for any future vehicle purchases.

Buy your new Acura from this dealership!! Honest is the word to describe!!

Honest is the most important in buying a car, I met many cheaters selling cars in the car industry. This dealership is honest and transparent. Do your homework before visiting them, ask for price match or give them your offer, they will try to make a deal for you. Chris Fleischer is the sales man that help me out, you can look for him to help you, from the price I bought my new Acura MDX, I knew he really help me to fight for the best price. Best experience ever!

I traded in my 2003 TL (also purchased at Thomas Acura) and bought a new 2013 TSX Sport Wagon last night. The entire experience was just perfect. Internet manager Chris J. and his manager Bill were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. We obtained an online quote beforehand and it was a true no-haggle experience. The trade-in value was very generous too! Everyone was nice, paperwork was painless (we paid cash) and we were in and out in less than two hours. I highly recommend this honest family setting dealership and will definitely buy another Acura soon.

Just purchased the mdx with the package and color I wanted it. The salesman Juan.F was very friendly and patient explained to me about the sales and lease detail info. I was very satisfied with his customer service. I highly recommend ask for Juan.F for sale/lease consultant.

Awesome Experience

I just purchased a 2013 TL from Fernando J G., from Thomas Acura and it was a wonderful experience. Fernando was extremely helpful and courteous, through out the whole purchasing process,and literally made the experience hassle free. I when though all the paperwork and was in and out of the dealership with in a hour. If you're looking for an Acura i highly recommend that you get in contact with Fernando, I'm positive he can get you a great deal! I want to thank Fernado, Ian and Macrus for making my car buying experience hassle free and painless!!!

I was searching for a used car and decided on an Acura TL. After visitng a few dealers, I was lucky to find Juan from Thomas Acura. He was very knowledgeable about cars in general, and was very helpful - not pushy- and patient to answer a lot of questions my brother and I had. He even brought in the service manager to go throug the entire history of the car. I was happy because I knew exactly what I was buying, which is rarely the case when you're buying a used car. I'd recommend working with Juan.

just bought 2013 RDX from Thomas Acura and felt happy

Bought my new 2013 RDX from Thomas Acura. I worked with JR the sales person and Zabi the sales manager. Both are friendly, funny and easy to work with. After some internet search, i narrowed down the price range for how much i wanted to pay for this vehicle. I sent out price inquiries to a bunch of Acura dealers around town, and got a few quotes including Thomas Acura. Thomas wasn't the lowest offer, but they were able to beat it by another $100. Everything went so smooth with ZERO back-and-forth typical dealer haggle. JR and I exchanged a few emails and got everything agreed upon before i went to pick up the vehicle. When i arrived, JR greeted me with my brand new RDX. He spent a good 20 minutes going thru all the features with me, very thoroughly. Unlike many other sales I met who only cared about $$$ and sales, JR knows the product inside-out. The price was exactly what i was quoted, and he did not push to sell me anything i didn't need. Zabi, the sales manager, took care of all my paperwork. He's efficient and funny. It took less than an hour to go thru all the documents, and his jokes made the whole process like cruising on a Hawaiian sunset boat. Overall, the experience of buying my new RDX with Thomas Acura has been nothing but pleasant. I highly recommend JR Davidson and Razi. Do your homework, get prepared and work with Thomas Acura. Not only will you get your loved new car, but with ease and smile.

Great Experience as a first time buyer

I just purchased a 2007 Acura TL and could not have asked for a better experience. JR contacted me right away when the TL, that I was looking for weeks, appeared on the lot. I was at the dealership a couple days after looking at it. Between JR and Billy they hooked it up with a great price, and total package. Being a first time buyer I was a bit hesitant over signing anything but with all the things they were able to offer me it was a no brainer. Great people, great experience, definitely feel like I made a great choice.

Outstanding service and attention to detail!

I can't say enough about the team at Thomas Acura. I had a chance to spend time with the owner, Ian Thomas, who could not have been more gracious. The General Manager, Loren Anderson, is incredibly knowledgeable and is meticulous about every step of the process. Thanks to Loren's technology crash course, I was able to drive my new Acura MDX of the lot confident that I could take full advantage of its many features. Billy, another member of the sales team, added to the personal touch at the dealership and was a pleasure to work with. Thomas Acura will certainly be hearing from my friends and family.

What an experience!!!

From start to finish buying my car from Thomas Acura was most enjoyable car purchasing experience I have ever had. I usually don’t write reviews but am pleased to do so in this case. I started my car search online for a used MDX and found 3 different stores I wanted to look at. I sent them all a similar email with my contact information and to my surprise within a half hour I received a phone call from Thomas Acura. Loren was able to answer all of my question at the time and wasn’t the typical pushy, try to sell you every option type of person. Being a woman I usually get that and feel like car salesmen and repairmen (in general) are trying to pull a fast one on me, but at Thomas Acura I felt like I was in control and not along for the ride. When I visited the store things picked up where they left off on the phone. They answered my questions directly, and offered information about the differences in the MDX’s they had and let me choose without any pressure to buy this, or add that or you will regret it later. I left the store with a quote and decided I needed to do a little due diligence so I went to the other 2 stores to get quotes on similar MDX’s and found Thomas Acura’s price to be a little better than the other 2. This combined with the overall experience to this point made it an easy decision. I was also pleased that when I signed all the paperwork, the price stayed the same and I didn’t get any surprises. Thomas Acura even went as far as to program my phone to the car as well as the navigation unit and keyless entry options/door lock options. To top it off I received an email from Loren later thanking me for my business and to call him if I had any questions about the car. A little side note- when I went to the store for the first time an employee was walking out the door and saw me heading towards the door. He held the door open and waited for me to get to the door, said hello to me, and then went on his way. It was little things like this (and a clean restroom!) that made the whole experience as great as it was.

Great Staff, Great Deal!

I purchased a used 2010 Honda Pilot today. My initial contact after checking the online inventory was with salesman Juan Flores. Juan quickly answered my question that the Pilot was still in stock. He set up an appointment with me to test drive the vehicle. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Juan promptly showed us to where the vehicle was parked and paitently stood by while we pored over SUV. Juan accompnaied us on a test drive on residential streets and on the Interstate, which allowed us to gauge the features of the SUV. Juan and Billy Souther, of the Finance Department, negotiated a fair price for the vehicle with us. They helped my wife and I to quickly complete all of the necessary paperwork for the sale. During the entire time that we spent at the dealership my wife and I were kept abreast of what was transpiring. Juan and Billy made our time there seem like we were at home with friends. We are very pleased with our new "used" SUV, and will certainly tell all of our friends and family members about the great, friendly staff at Thomas Acura.

Great Experience

My spouse and I were extremely well attended by our salesman Mr. Juan Flores. He was accomodating to our needs and was able to answer all of our questions. In fact he went out of his way to explain all functions and features of our new Acura TSX. In addition the finance person was very patient and knowledgeable. He explained every piece of document completely. In summary the dealership lived up to their promises and commitments. P.S. The gentleman who detailed our new auto did a great job and he showed a lot of pride in the results.

Worst Customer Service

My friend and I were going to lease two TSX together. We went to the dealer together after my friend got a quote from the sales manager Philip Chang. When we were about to do the paper work, Philip Chang decided to raise the monthly payment of the lease. We were not willing to give in because Philip Chang did not explain to us why he raised the monthly payment. When we all stood up and walking out , Philip Chang came out from his office and told us to leave and go away. He was very unfriendly, impolite, and unprofessional as a sales manager. I didn't feel a single respect as a customer. I haven't seen such a bad sales representative of any businesses.

THE WORST ACURA DEALER.

I called them up because I got a quote for a 08 TSX, and they said they could beat the price, I just had to bring the invoice in. I told them over the phone that I was getting price quotes from the farther dealers (50+ miles) because I didn't want to waste my time driving somewhere if they couldn't even beat the lowest price I got. The sale associate Byron said to bring in the invoice and they would beat it. The next day I go there directly give the invoice to Byron and he brings it to the sales manager. They take a good while in the back discussing it while I'm looking around the shop. At this point I'm assuming they're calling the dealer I went to, to see if it was legit. Byron comes out and points me to the TSX. I'm looking at it and checking for scratches for about 15mins and he comes back out and tells me to look at the other TSX because this one is blocked in. Also i was surprised that they keep their cars outside in the open, because all the prior dealers I went to have a garage for their new cars so that there is no weather damage. I'm looking over the other TSX and it is very dirty, and doesn't look at all well kept. He hands me the key to start it up and on the keychain a piece of paper with the VIN says "Damage" written on it in pen. I look it over a little and start talking to my friend who accompanied me and we're already thinking this is a shady place. I make my way to the restroom and after I tell my friend we're going to leave. Byron comes out and says it's policy to test drive the car before I buy it. I tell him I'm not even sure I'm going to buy it because we haven't even negotiated the price. He walks me over to the sales manager and he's giving me more of an attitude than Byron. He gives me some crap about my price not including wheel locks and splash guards. I tell him it does and I'm about to take the paper and walk out. I tell him the only reason I'm here is because your sales associate says you can beat this price if you can't I'm out. He says I'll beat it by $5 bucks there. At this point I thought that was just BS, [violative content deleted] is this guy thinking, that won't even pay for the gas getting here. So I just walkout on this shady place and he yells out, "You'll be back when you see they don't have wheel locks and guards." And that was just WOW for me, for a sales manager to call out like a elementary student trying to get those last words in before the class ends. The most unprofessional business ever, I'm surprised anyone is even buying cars from them. In the end I ended up buying from South Bay which gave me an awesome deal and their sales associates were very friendly without excessive sales pressure. I bought an RSX from them before they became Power Acura back in 2002 and they gave me an awesome deal on it too. It's good to know 6 years+ they are still a very good dealer.
