Great Sales & Service

I have purchased two vehicles and have had three LR's serviced from Marin over the last 5 years. Most of the sales folks are very low key and more focused on making sure that you have a positive experience. I have been lucky enough to have a good repoitre with one sales gentleman, which has led to very easy purchases and referrals. I am someone who does an enormous amount of research and am an enthusiast, and Marin has always agreed to my price with only a little gentlemanly bartering. After sales support is great, and they have always gone out of their way to assist my wife when I am not around (i.e., no run around).

It's probably not very often that someone feels inspired to write a favorable review about someone with whom they did NOT do business, but Vince Betar (Internet Sales Manager) was such a class act that I feel compelled to do so. Not only was he prompt in his replies, competitive with his pricing, and completely professional in our conversations and e-mail exchanges, but when we ultimately realized that the only way to get the car I really wanted was through another dealer, he did not let his self interest stand in the way of my doing so (even though I offered to to stick with him and let that car go). Absolutely a class act, that already makes me feel better about buying a Jaguar!
