Accommodating Efficient Friendly Genuine Experience

We had a fantastic experience at Chevrolet Concord (CA). Julius, our Sales Rep, was supremely informative and helpful. He was so REAL and so easy to communicate with thru our new EV (EUV) exploration. It was our first time looking at an EV. The staff didn't have that 'sales vibe' that can sometimes be a turn-off. Julius was very genuine, responsive, straight-forward and simply nice. Our buying experience was easy and the team was very accommodating throughout the process and beyond even though they were super busy. So happy with my BOLT EUV (that fits our very tall 6'7" family members even in BACK seat with more leg/knee room than our 2008 Mercedes E350)!

Switch of vehicles

I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze September 19 2017 My salesperson was Johnnie, the owner JT and the finance person was TJ. I came into the dealership with an advertisement from there website. The price was $16k rounded price. I took a test drive with Johnnie. Johnnie allowed me to only drive a short distance which puzzled me. Once we arrived back to the dealership, he said nah you can go test drive further. The distance we drove did not display any problems with the vehicle. We drove the freeway so it did get up to 65 miles. Once all the paperwork was completed and signed. Johnnie handed me a key to a vehicle, I looked at him and ask I need two keys. He went to TJ office and got another key. I saw there were two keys on Johnnie’s desk so I started for them and Johnnie told me those are not your keys. I believe those were the keys to the car I had test drove. We parked the car I test drove in the front of the building. This is the car I thought I was purchasing. Johnny took me to a car which was park on a side street in the shade. In the shade the car looks like the windows are tinted. I was checking the vehicle over because something didn’t feel right. I started to check the tire gauge and saw the tires were not pressured the same and Johnnie said, oh don’t worry about that. It doesn’t matter. Yes, I was a woman alone with these gentlemen putting my faith in the integrity of the business. Well, that was a mistake. The vehicles were switched. The vehicle I wasn’t given has a baby connection on the passage sit but the one I test drove did not have this. When I noticed this I called Johnnie and had a discussion with him about how I feel the car was switch with another car. He laughed. I had several additional conversations with him on the phone and in person when I took the car in for service of the rear tires. I have been and still is trying to get this resolved with General Motors. It is a shame how integrity is not a business practice. Gwendolyn Anderson

Bait & switch

Was told by Darren that I could buy a specific car at 9:15 in the morning, confirmed my interest & told that I would sort out insurance & a cashier check to pick the car up in a couple of hours. Get everything arranged and have the insurance documents in hand - only to receive an email from Darren that the car was sold to another customer. Less than 90 minutes had passed since I confirmed that I'd buy the car. Had to cancel the insurance & the cashier check. Darren subsequently carefully avoided any contact by phone. Avoid the dealership & pick one that doesn't send people on pointless wild goose chases.

Excellent car shopping experience

Dwayne and Phil were very nice and patient during our selection process and negotiation. Most of my interaction was with Dwayne via text and it made the typical negotiation much more pleasant. He sent me information, pricing and options everytime I asked. Very laid back easy going style that never stressed me out with any pressure tactics - We drove away with a brand new Bolt in that cool red tint :) Our first Chevy vehicle

Unexpected Halloween purchase

We got bad news on our old car, and decided to buy our next Volt about a year early. We used the Costco program to purchase our second Volt from this dealership. It was easy and no fuss, with an extra Chevy loyalty bonus and great financing. The manager even gave us a very good deal on our trade-in, which was a mess. While waiting for the paperwork, I was able to make an appointment for service for our first Volt. All in all, we are very happy with the dealership, our salesman Chris, and all the staff at Concord Chevrolet.

The experience was first rate

Jag did a great job finding the exact vehicle and price we were looking for. He processed it very quickly after it landed at the dealership and I was able to close on it within 2 days. He added a personal touch by keeping in close contact with me via text each day and answering all my questions.

Auto Service Racketeering

Took my 2008 Saturn Outlook in for transmission issue diagnosis. After I learn that said repairs were going to cost me $1600 I declined taking it to a mechanic I could trust. Issue was diagnosed with the transmission and resolved within 24 hours. Out the door cost with a mechanic I would recommend to anyone: $210. Had I allowed this service department to take advantage of me: $1600.

Don't Buy Here!

I spent several days looking for the equinox & had been working with the salesman's at this dealership, All was good & I was ready to go until the Sales Manager got involved. It was all about my purchasing the car "out of state" which requires the dealer to deliver the car to the state border for the purpose of avoiding the state tax. (i'm a resident from another state here for a short time) anyway, like I said all went well, they agreed to do it (as many other dealers did also) and then the sales manager refused to do the paperwork on it! When I explained that it had to be done by the dealer he got really nasty & started insulting me... There's allot more to it, but you get the point. The manager was aggressive and pompous. I got my car else wear & will tell everyone NOT to buy here.
