Pleasant, but slow, experience

We worked with Vahar, the internet sales manager. He was very friendly and easy to work with. It did take a long time, we were at the dealership for over 4 hours. Everyone we dealt with was professional, and I had no complaints.

We bought a 2013 Honda Accord LX from Honda North essentially by email from 120 miles away. They honored the Edmunds TMV with no additional questions or negotiations at all. They did proffer extended warranties and other dealer options, but when we declined, they didn't press it. Not that it made much difference to us, but the car was prepped meticulously, and the dealership facilities were spotlessly well-maintained.

i went to this dealer the first time and they gave me one price for the vehicle went the 2nd time with the same sales man, and he would not honor that same price stating you got a good interest rate so i cant give you the price i told you. it was so late and the paperwork was done i ended up buying the vehicle anyways but will never go back. they also kept me waiting approx 2 hours to see the finance person. not a good buying experience.

Outstanding Dealership!

We have bought 3 Honda's from Honda North and will continue to buy from them as long as we continue to buy Honda products. Jack and Harold, the managers at the dealership have always been upfront with my wife and I. We have never left feeling as if we were taken advantage of whats so ever. The thing I like best about about them is they bring the price to you and say this is the best we can do, and everytime I'm satisfied with the figures they give us. The financing part is always an in-and-out quick process where they never aggressively push the extended warranties on us. Once we say yes or no the issue is dead. Out of the three cars we've bought, we purchased it twice. We have bought a 09 Cicvic Coupe, a 09 Honda Pilot EX-L, and a 2011 Accord Coupe EX-L V6. Don't pay sticker just becasue it's a Honda, THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU a little. On side note, I love the fact they serve Starbucks coffee!! How sweet is that? Another thing I like about this dealership is that the salesmen aren't pushy. If you ask them to leave you alone and you'll get them when your ready, they will. Very professional vibe in this dealership, I can't say enough about how inportant that is to me. As far as the service department is concerned, I haven't had to use them that much because...well their Honda's and we haven't had ANY problems with any of them as of yet, seriously, none. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recomend this dealership to anyone.

John, the online manager, gave me the price he quoted online. It was worth the drive from Templeton (110 miles), except for the foggy drive home. We saw at least 7 cars sold that day in the short time we were there. Go online, get a quote, contact John and get a good deal. As I recall, the last time we were happy with a new car dealership it was another Penske dealer.

I came to this dealership knowing nothing about Hondas. I was greeted right away by a salesperson who took the time to show me the new models and answer all my questions. I met the Sales Manager [Chris]. He made me feel welcome to their business. Everybody I came into contact there was very professional. My wife also liked the service she received. She is hard to impress. We got to speak to the Service Manager [Kevin] and one of his tecticians. They answered many questions I had for them. We bought a car from these people. We felt like VIP's from the beginning to the end. Thanks again to their professional service and making us feel like we made the right choice to go and buy a new car. The other Honda dealer in Fresno has a way to go to meet up to these folks at Honda North. To Shaq, Chris, Kevin, Chuck, George, Rudy, and Nitti. Thanks for your great service and the follow up calls you made.

they were not truthfull about the price

when i came in i asked for there best price they took 45 minutes to give me full price then this manager guy named harold came out and lowered it even more i ended up buying it elsewhere where they were straight foward from the start.
