they have had my car for 5 days now and cant seem to get it right - I am a single mother who needs her car - to get to and from work and school and hell buy groceries - you act like you have no sense of urgency - you dont care - it will get fixed when you get to it- Super Frustrated - and then make me feel bad for calling and checking on it - like I am wasting your time WTH???

Blake Hedrick did an AMAZING he did a great job and set the bar for other salesman. He listened to my wants, needs and delivered them. Rey in financing was a pleasure and Alex in service. Hedricks has a great team and I truly enjoyed my experience and definitely recommend others.

Seamless car buying experience

Jorge and Melissa were phenomenal in making this purchase a pleasant experience. I took my new car for a test drive while my other was in for service. All of the staff were pleasant and courteous; they went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. My security system was installed the following day, when and they returned my lost debit card at the same time. I wanted an AWD with a sunroof, and was able to have one installed as part of my purchase agreement. They made sure I had a car in the meantime to use while the sunroof was being installed. I've always taken my car to Hedricks for service, because they beat the competition hands down but with a car purchase the integration with the service team has been seamless and far exceeded my expectations. My sales team did not just sell me the car, they have followed through on the whole experience, ensuring it was a great one.

Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful (especially Steve W.!!) There was no pressure that you usually associate with the car buying experience. They went above and beyond with great customer service. This will be my go-to dealership in the future. Keep up the great work and I would definitely recommend Hedrick's Chevy to anyone interested in buying a car.

It was WONDERFUL! Mike was very helpful, he made sure I knew what was going on. The car was ready when promised. If I have ant more problems, i will be back there in a heartbeat. I would happily recommend Hedrick to everybody.

Was hit by another car and needed the LR door replaced on my PU. Got other estimates, and my insurance advised me to use a body shop on their list, because they would guarantee the repair. I picked your shop, because of I have always been treated great by your dealership. I need service also while my pu was there, so Carol took care of that. She commucated with the body shop, that my PU was there , and Jason ordered the parts , so there would be no delays. We were shooting for completion of everything by friday afternoon. Jason kept me informed of the parts situation ,and assured me of a friday completion. I know of other outstanding people you have working there as well, but, Carol ,Jason, and Jay Hartoutian make sure I don`t buy at an other dealership! Thank You Richard Beshears

The car was in for replacement of steering wheel part, due to scratch found upon delivery. We also had ordered a additional key/fob (keyless system). It had come in at same time, so we were to p/u. Was told by Service Writer, that they would get from parts so they could program for us. Upon going to cashier to pay for item, we found that we were charged $30.00+ for the programming of the fob. I paid and then asked the Service Writer, who then asked the tech, he had stated that it required connection to computer and other steps needed. After leaving facility, I looked up in the manual and found that we could have programmed ourselves. We then returned to show that page to Service Writer and she consulted the Service Manager. The charge for programming will be credited to our acct for future service work. Both Service Writer and Manager have always worked with us on numerous issues, however the service tech, I feel was creating work for himself. I am very happy with all other aspects of Hedrick's Chevrolet and will continue to take my auto business there.
