Bad post sale experience.

I purchased a 2021 Tacoma at the time of sale I noticed a decent sized ding on the cab the salesman James Peter (JP) assured me it would be a simple paint-less dent repair completed in a few hours. Contract was signed a repair order was provided in writing for the repair and I was on my way. The day of the repair I am advised the repair is not possible without having to remove the glass and go into paint and body work. This is unacceptable I just purchased a spanking new vehicle and now they want to tear it apart, add body filler (Bondo) and prep and paint the cab, it will never be pre-accident at this point. The sales manager Danny Anbar gets involved and I ask to make it right. He leaves me with two options 1. Let them perform paint and body work or option 2 Take $500 and call it even. We leave unsatisfied and decide to get 2nd opinions before making a decision, everyone quotes me over $1k for the repair. Our original sales man JP would not return calls only until I called from a different number and played the part of a person interested in buying a new car only then was I able to get a hold of JP. I decide I no longer want to deal with them and take up Danny on his offer of the $500. Surprise surprise Danny cant recant his words and denies ever saying such thing. Myself, my father in law and the repair shop employee where all witnesses to him having said such thing. Now I’m offered a $500 voucher to their parts department. Why in the world would I want a voucher to return to a place that I want nothing to do anything with. I am one customer but a very unsatisfied one who was lied to and will steer clear of any future purchases from them and discourage anyone wanting to do business with them. I will be expressing my unsatisfactory experience with Toyota corporate and the Toyota survey will reflect this. JAMES PETER will say things and give recommendations on procedures he is not well versed in. And there will be 0 follow up post sale and will use every imaginable excuse. DANNY ANBAR - is simply there to look at for the dealers interest.

2017 RAV4 is perfect for our needs at this time

We wanted an internet sales experience without any of the usual sales pitching & manager approvals so we contacted Ray Alvarez at the Puente Hills Fleet/Internet group. Ray has a very helpful and knowledgeable assistant in Ms Emily Shea who is very adept at making people happy and she is also very knowledgeable about all the cars we wanted to test drive. She was patient while we did our test drives and then decided that we wanted the 2017 RAV4 Limited as our new Toyota. We researched a few local Toyota dealers closer to our home but they did not have the selection of on-hand cars that Puente Hills Toyota had at their lot. We are like many other folks who like to touch and see what we think we are interested in and its always a thrill to drive the car we like, right home after the purchase is made.

Calvin Tuon's service during our visit to Puente Hills Toyota was excellent. He helped us understand the features of the hybrid during a great test drive. He didn't push us, & worked to make sure we were satisfied, going so far as to buy us lunch for a minor scheduling issue. Puente Hills Toyota was a great place to buy a car, but it was all down to Calvin's excellent service.

Speedy Transaction

I bought a CPO Camry from them. I did my research and found that they have the best prices. Ron Landin worked with me on my price range and did not try to sell me a more expensive car. After test driving the car I agreed to buy it and found out that the price was less than the sticker price. Financing Department was also very helpful and flexible as I had to get my loan from my bank. I had fastest car buying experience ever.

Thank you, Derrick Bates !! Excellent customer service and very informative. Best car purchasing experience I've ever had. He help me check out 4 different CPO Toyota Tacoma's , unfortunately some where not V6 engine or one had just got sold. But found the right one and now I am a happy camper. Absolutely no pressure in up selling. Paper work was painless and easy. Sam Luu made that process simple and fast.

Easier than We thought

We had been looking to buy a Toyota. We did most our looking on line and found a few cars at Puente Hills Toyota. With a few emails to see that those cars were available we then took a Sunday to go look. The prices there seemed best in what we were looking for and the service was excellent. We worked with Derrick Bates and liked the 2015 Toyota we ended up purchasing. The other members of the staff were also helpful, Mike & Jose..both were very pleasant to work with. Something we thought would be an all day process turned out to be a few hours. We were happy, our daughter who got the car as a Birthday present was over the top happy!!! All the people we worked with at Puente Hills made it a good experience.

We recently purchased a Toyota Prius from Puente Hills Toyota, and were pleased with their excellent service. The facility was clean and spacious, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and honest. Mike, the manager, greeted us, and helped guide us through the process. Derrick assisted us with the sale, and was friendly and knowledgeable about the car. They both made the transaction simple and effortless, and we felt we received a fair price for the vehicle. Derrick took the time to inform us about the vehicle before we left, answering all of our questions about the vehicles operation and display setup. We would definitely purchase our next vehicle at Puente Hills Toyota.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Sold me a messed up car (they knew and didn't tell me) then started ignoring me and giving me crazy attitude when I went to return it! They were so nice selling it to me bc it was in a crash they were hiding it!!! Only reason they ended up returning it is because the GM came and they didn't want me to tell him about my situation. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do NOT trust these people, if you do buy a car buy the CANCELLATION POLICY. its $250 and worth it. Please read the rest of the reviews and I hope this review helps you avoid the terrible experience I went through.

I went in unknowing what to expect since it was my first car. However I met with Ray Alvarez and he made this so much easier and helped me get the Corolla I dreamed of! He didn't pressure me whatsoever and being a girl he treated me just like anyone else would. He went over everything in a clear manner and reassured me to ask questions if I had any! He's the man to go to when looking for a car! Seriously, so friendly, helpful and no PRESSURE! He treated me as a person and not a girl. I say this because some places see a girl and try to pile things on and Ray didn't at all! He was straight forward and honest! Thanks Ray!

Just bought a new 2015 Tacoma. I bought a new 2012 Camry in 2012. Both times Clemente Lauron (sales consultant) provided myself and my wife with excellent service. He has always kept in touch since our purchase of the 2012 Camry. Managers Max and Scott, and Kim Simms in Finance, were also so helpful in making our experience so enjoyable.
