My vehicle was ready in a decent amount of time. The service advisor was polite. However, I requested an inspection for my rear tire, I explained to the service advisor that I ran over a pothole and my tire was making an odd noise when reversing. He mentioned they would check, when I reviewed the work order I didn’t see any notes in regards to my request nor was I given an update. My tire continues to make the same nose but I will choose another dealership.

False advertising

Dealership is corrupt, price advertising is great however the price markup is thousand of dollars more . There prices are considerably higher than advertised. Per: Edmunds bad deals

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

The motor in my daughter's car blew. She was stressed about having to get into a new purchase. She knew exactly what she wanted and just how much she was able to spend. She was getting frustrated over the fact that she wasn't having much success in locating what she wanted. I decided to go online during my lunch break to Google Chevy Malibu. I found the car that I knew she was going to love. I put in an interest and we submitted all the POI's to see if the financing could be done. We received a call back in minutes from Stacie. She stated what her payment range would be and invited us to go see it. Me and my daughter drove over after work and of course I knew it was everything she wanted. Something economical and nice at the same time to get her to work and home everyday safely. We both loved it. Paperwork was done and my daughter drove off in her new car. We received the best customer service from the Sales end to the Financing end of the purchase. Thank you Stacie and Jovi for making everything as simple as possible. Buying my first truck was stressful until I went to MK Smith Chevrolet and met Oscar! I Seriously can't stress enough how amazing he was! I was running late for work and he even helped finish washing my truck to get me out of there on time 🤦♀️😂🤘. I am extremely happy with my experience. Also, Jovie in financing was awesome and quick! It all almost seemed too easy. I will be back for a second chevy one day!

2007 Corvette

I purchased a used 2007 corvette. easiest car buying experience ever. I told the GM i was interested in the car, he gave me a very fair price and the deal was done. No high pressure sales ever. This is the 5th car I have purchased here. I bought 4 new cars, one special factory ordered and one used car. Was never asked "what i want my monthly payment to be?" Best Chevy dealer around.

i want to simply commend Dennis , MK Smith Service Asvisor, for delightfully assisting me today while Robert is at lunch. I have an appointment with Robert, but Dennis stepped up, and processed intake of my car. He is very professional, friendly and respectful and has expertise on zeroing on my chevy cruze maintenance problem. He pointed out that, the stabilitrack control issues will be covered with warranty. I am very pleased of his swift decision and action on the matter and I may have another favorite service advisor in this dealership . Kudos ! Great Job Dennis for your extrordinary service.

Dorian williams is not the person to do business with he told me he could help even tho i told him my status on my credit and what was going on i told him i was denied because i had just got a loan and he still insist to run my credit saying that he will do everything to get me approved but guess what now my credit drop more and guess what im with out the car so yea he just ran my credit for nothing at the end they clean there hands and the customer gets with pionts drop so you tell me if im right !!!!

I've bought several cars over my lifetime. I must say, that the experience I had at M.K. on 5-29-17. Has to be by far the best car buying experience ever. After doing my vehicle search online. I came across M.K.'s website. I found that they had the best inventory. Along with the best prices. My car buying experience began when I was quickly put in touch with Stacie Vandermate. Stacie's knowledge & precise service was the best. I can't say enough about Stacie. She went above & beyond to make sure my car buying experience was the best. I chose MK Smith because of the reviews also the closeness to my home. I went in to purchase a 2016 Malibu and was a bit nervous about it as I had not bought a car in 13 years. They treated me in an honest and upfront manner no gimmicks. They did a great job and the staff was excellent. If you are looking for an honest place to buy your car then go to MK Smith.

MK Smith is not only dependable and reliable, but they are the one thing that is so hard to find with car dealerships: honest! You get no gimmicks or false promises with their hardworking and genuine employees. We just bought a 2017 Volt from Garrett Osborne, and he was the best! I highly recommend giving him a visit if you are shopping around. Also, MK Smith provides the best service and maintenance. It's nice to know I have a place that I can always count on.

Everything was great. It was very crowded but the volume of people was handled well. I was in a hurry to get to a birthday party so they sped up the process for me. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Great experience buying my first new car in a very long time!!!

I purchased my car from MK Smith in November 2011. All of my services and repairs have been done at their dealership. My last service was in December 2015 and this will be the last time I use their services. When I picked up my car the air pressure in my tires had not been adjusted which is a state law in California, my service writer and and I had even talked about past experiences with the same issue. Also a portion of items that were supposed to be inspected were not and that is not the first time with that issue either. I called one of the owners and spoke to him about the problem and asked for my money back which I received but no apology at all. A lot their customers are not able to correct problems left undone like the ones I had to correct, they depend on the dealership to do a good job which is not happening all the time. I myself have had problems on several occasions.

Went in to buy a new Camaro. Very low pressure and even though I did not buy the first day they were very understanding and applied zero pressure. That's why I went back and closed the deal a couple days later

I refuse to have any of my cars serviced anywhere but MK Smith Chevrolet. Their service is outstanding, and I never feel like they are trying to "upsell" additional services that aren't necessary. They communicate with you through the day, as they work on your car and they do all they can to return your car to you on time, at a reasonable cost.

George Chavez was an amazing salesman and was incredibly helpful. He worked with us on getting the best deal for the car and made great impression on me. This was my first time buying a car and at no time did I feel pressured or rushed. He was extremely helpful.
