I had the great pleasure of working with Shauna S. and Devon F. in test driving a couple cars and then finally purchasing one. I had a terrible experience with the Toyota dealership and, honestly, had almost resigned myself to buying a car through Carmax just so I wouldn't have to deal with irritating salespeople. Shauna and Devon WILL NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Seriously. I had zero time to spare, knew exactly what I wanted to try, had very specific questions and, when I was ready to buy, I was ready to buy. Devon was gracious enough to take care of most everything via text/phone (because...zero time) and really went above and beyond what I know excellent customer service to be. I could not be more happy with my car buying experience. Ask for Shauna or Devon and you will not be sorry.

This was my first time buying a NEW car and I worked with Michael Hua. I did a lot of homework on Honda Accord and Honda Civic trims prior to my visit. We walked around the lot, and Michael answered all my questions and helped me set up a test drive of the Civic models. I can't recommend a better car sales service. Definitely ask for Michael if you're hesitant about which model to choose!

For the past 8 years we have been going to Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. There service has always been great with friendly helpful and experienced customer service. In 2019 we were lucky to meet Maria Lopez Sales Rep. We purchased 2 cars with her. She is very helpful in getting us all the answers we need, and if there was a time where she wasn't sure Ray was there to better explain. We recently went back and this time we personally asked for her. Thank You.

The second I pulled into the lot to look for my new vehicle after running around everywhere to get the best deal, Neal immediately offered me by far the best deal I could get for my car and was extremely polite, fast and efficient. I went in there to get a car and this guy oscar greeted me and hooked me up with a lease of honda civic. And the monthly payment is 386$. A total rip off this guy and the other guy in the sales are the biggest [non--permissible content removed] i have never seen in my life. Now i went to woodland hills honda they told me how much i been ripped off Until now.

I would totally recommend this Honda ! People are nice and welcoming , my family and I were helped by Christian D. And he spoke Spanish and as a Spanish speaking family we felt more comfortable asking questions and being informed well, now my mom is very happy with her new car and I can’t wait to go back again to go purchase mine !
