These are some of the most honest, straightforward sales people I have meet in these uncertain economic times. They we’re down to earth and kept things simple. I love that there were no gimmicks and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Jerry also know as “The Mayor”, was a pleasure to work with and made me feel like family . This place just got a customer for life!

Amazing dealership! I have never been so impressed with a card dealer. They had me drive and see the car first in an air conditioner garage to make sure I liked it before signing anything! Then while things got ready for signing had Jeffrey explain the whole car to me and help me set up all the apps. He was amazing! They actually spent a couple hours with me and said any questions call us personally. If 10 was the best you can give I give Jeffrey a 20! Very patient and shared his knowledge of the rav4 to me. I’m still amazed. Wish I would have come here years ago. I highly recommend you go to the cathedral city Toyota. The first person who helped me find this car was Tim. He was also wonderful. And the Finance manager not pushy like most you meet. Explained everything very though. What a wonderful experience. Thanks to all of them.

My experience with Toyota of the Desert was very positive. My salesperson, Alan, was knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. During the wait time until delivery he kept me informed about the expected delivery date. Once the car arrived he patiently walked me through the features of the car. I can’t imagine how I could be happier with this process.

Victor Lopez my sales manager and Steve Pestana my finance manager were wonderful!! They were so kind and really helped me get the car I wanted for the price I wanted to spend. They did not pressure me into getting something I didn’t want which I appreciate so much! I recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free car buying experience!!

I had visited Toyota because I wanted a CH-R and saw one online, spoke with Alex Viejon from day one and he helped me out showed me around and let me know there was no more CH-Rs but that he would let me know when one arrived. And when it did he called me waited for me and ultimately ended up getting me into the car I absolutely LOVE. I genuinely felt comfortable because he read me and knew what I wanted and didn’t try and change my mind or encourage me to get another one. And for this I’m thankful. He was very informative and helpful! I recommend Alex for-sure. The whole process was great, finance was also great, so informative and not pushy… wish it was like that every where and every time! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We had an awesome experience! Our sales person, Jeffrey, knew everything about the car (what every button and function did with total expertise). Financing and paperwork with Kacey was efficient and easy. Andrew delivered our car to us, making sure we knew everything we needed. It was just really nice all around.

We had such a great experience with every step. We walked into the dealership not knowing who to ask for or how to let them know that we were there to look for my sons first car. As soon as we walked in, Jerry Rushing walked up. We let Jerry know that we were there for my son and he proceeded to address him professionally and ask him questions about what he was looking for etc even though I was there as his mom. This dealership is great! We didn’t feel any pressure. We did our closing paperwork with Kacy R. He was so friendly and gave my son a lot of advice about his payments. I will definitely be going back here when it comes time for my next car. Hopefully Jerry is still there!! Thank you Toyota of the a Desert!!

We just bought a 2021 Corolla Hybrid from Desert Toyota. Teo Miranda was our salesman. We had great service with no high pressure sales pitch. Teo walked us through the transition from a gasoline powered 2016 Corolla explaining it all.

Totally professional, helpful, no hard sales or pressure,, and a desire to meet the needs of the customer. I came to toyota of the desert in search of a new car. I had no car, my credit score was in the dump , I didn’t have a lot of money to put down , I’m on a fixed income ... but I wanted and wouldn’t settle for anything other than 2021 Toyota c-hr. Given my financial outlook described here most salesmen would have only suggested I get a used car. But I was directed to mr victor Lopez sales manager who took on my situation. He worked his magic and he stayed in the game with me for a good 4 plus hours trying to get me this deal , even the best deal he could arrange and he kept trying different options , different Loaning banks and institutions and we made a plan and he was able to get me the car I had hoped to drive home in when I left there some 5 hours total to make this happen. He did a fantastic job. Stayed later than his quiting time never pushed me off to someone else to tackle my issues. He did it all ! 100%. A true salesman who listens , works for, cares about and delivers for his customer. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you mr Lopez. You made my life so much easier now and didn’t try to convince me to get something I didn’t want just to make your job easier. I would recommend anyone stop in Toyota of the desert and ask for him. Like they say they are there to make YOUR dream of new car ownership your reality
