BEWARE! FALSE advertising, Bait and Switch

BEWARE and DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! This DISHONEST dealership lures you in with false advertising, and I am pursuing a "bait and switch" claim against them. My wife and I found a mailer where ford was advertising a lease special. Ford wasn't our first choice, but the deal sounded reasonable: $4,039 Down, and $339/month, and we have exceptional credit. But . . . Palm Springs Motors refused to honor the lease special and instead wanted to charge $10,000 more for the lease. He also tried to add $300 because the car is red! The manager finally said in the end that we we're going to have to pay at least $28,000 total for a 3-year lease, which is 2/3 the price of the car!!! He could not explain how he came up with the numbers and he refused to itemize anything. DO NOT be fooled by the dirty tactics of this business. They will attempt to nickel and dime you for everything they can squeeze out of you . . . so do yourself a favor and walk away. Palm Springs Motors, shame on you, this isn't over yet-

As always, my car was handled with care and returned to me with the time quoted. The car wash is an extra bonus! This is the only place I bring my car for service since I bought it here in 2010. The shuttle service is great...Bob was a pleasure to have as my shuttle driver.

This is the best dealership in the industry IMO. I'm not too happy to find out all the things my car needs...but it is what it is....not sure I can afford it all...but we will see what happens when they take it back in soon.
