Amazing experience

It was my first time buying a BMW SUV and I’m very thankful to Ali, Yahia and Danny. They were very helpful and accommodating. Ali helped me look for the model that I really wanted— from the color (interior and exterior) to the safety features and premium package. Yahia and Danny helped me with the financial aspect. This was the first time I left the dealership happy and didn’t feel like I was pressured to do business with them. Ali took care of me and for that I am grateful.

Worst BMW Dealership- Buena Park

I have a new BMW i7 and the sunroof shade won’t close. I’ve gone in multiple times for this same issue, but it is never resolved any longer than a day. I picked up my car recently and on the first use of my sunroof shade, it got stuck again. Makes me wonder if they even tested it a few times. The last time I brought in my car for the same issue, they told me they needed to get a part from Germany and it would take 5-10 business days to receive. I called, texted, and emailed but never got an update. Two months go by and I finally get a response saying they forgot to call me when the part came in. Such slow service and poor communication.

Even if they assure you that the car has all the features, it's essential to verify. Also, when they provide you with specific information, be sure to do your research beforehand. Before signing any deal, double-check everything. Unfortunately, it seems that this dealership prioritizes selling the car over customer satisfaction. If they say they will do something, you will need to continuously follow up. If you send an email regarding your dissatisfaction, they will not respond. They will also blame it on you if you complain about something.

I been a customer for past 15 years and this dealer have the most friendly service. They are highly professional in all fields and know exactly what the customer needs. My last customer service received by Trixie service advisor, she was the best of the best. Communication, notifying the updates, and working around my time frame and also willing to provide to give an advise for any concerns about my service. Dropped off my car for the yearly oil change, i got the pre paid one last year (good for 3 years i believe) so i didn’t have to spend any money this time. Scott was kind enough to explain to let me know about my tires that needs to be replaced - gave me a quote but i opted to have them done elsewhere. He got me a ride back to my work and again to pick up my car.

First time service

I had an appointment at 12pm, i got there 2 hours earlier since i live out of town, and they were kind enough to take me in before my scheduled time. Everyone has great customer service, especially Trixie, she was my service advicer. I really appreciate the fact that she allowed us to get an oil change done as well since we were only there for a different service, and at that it was quick. I have had troubles in the past with another bmw dealer ship but I would recommend BMW of Buena Park to everyone.

I found a 2023 Mercedes GLB 250 on Edmunds that was at BMW of Buena Park. After making an inquiry and finding out that the vehicle was still there, I decided to go in and test drive it. Tai was available via text message the day before and the day of my purchase. He answered all of my questions before even making the long drive to Buena Park. Once we arrived, Tai greeted us and had the car ready to go for a drive. The Mercedes was a great deal and in fantastic condition. Tai offered to show us the other cars that I had been eyeing and spent a lot of time with us. Once I decided the Mercedes GLB was the car for me, he helped us through the buying process. He was wonderful and I recommend buying from this dealership.

Prices are competitive and can't go wrong with OEM Genuine products and services on a team that knows waht they are doing. Chris helps me everytime I go and is very detailed and thorough and help me with transportation as well ubering back home and pick up if needed. I also like how they send a video to you of whats going on of the summary report and only rec whats necessary and don't over sell. I rec their service and Chris is always great helping out keeping me a loyal customer TY! Rohan

Finally, after 5 other dealerships I was able to deal with a quality salesperson who actually took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. Gregory Martinez ( Buena Park BMW) was patient, timely and always spoke the truth duing the entire purchasing process. I will refer anyone I can to Gregory for a great experience.

Buyer beware

Purchased a vehicle from BMW of Buena Park. I was misled to believe the car was ready for pick up at time of purchase. After signing and giving down payment I was told they could not release vehicle due to a turn signal repair that was needed. The car was waiting for repair and I was being pressured to come back and get the vehicle without even having an estimate for repair completion date. The vehicle was eventually dropped off by BMW after complaining to the sales manager however the car was dropped off without any registration paperwork and with damage to the left driver side front bumper. I scheduled a service visit less than a week later and was told my warranty isn’t valid till 2 weeks after purchase. The car remained with BMW and repair was approved to fix motor and transmission mounts and realigned the bumper before I got home the bumper came loose again I reported this right away and was told the bumper alignment was a courtesy. This company from sales to finance to service is a scam.
