New truck purchase

Bill Brandt Ford made, what can be a very stressful ordeal, quite pleasant. I already knew which truck I wanted because of hours spent on the computer researching the inventory of every Ford dealer with in 75 miles of my home. Stephen (sales rep) met us as we walked towards their sales office. He asked if he could show us around the truck area, but we said "no thanks, we knew which truck we wanted. So he retrieved the keys and said we could take it for a test run. After returning to the lot, we said we would take it. It was just that simple.

Worst customer service in my personal experience, Greg Renwick has been the worst car salesman I have ever dealt with, would not recommend , also be aware of hidden fees on dealer used cars, car was dirty, not wash , not detailed , broken wipers, and a missing key,scratches, no discount for all this… Not satisfied with my experience at this dealership, I still haven’t get the call from Katie Brandt, Customer Relations Manager as told by Jesus Ambriz, Sales Manager, To make it Right” definitely a poor customer experience in many levels The only good review is for Leon Golubchik, Finance Manager he was kind and helpful, thank you Leon.

Every sales member was super professional, not pushy and was very kind during my expirence. I walked in, knowing I was going to buy a vehicle that day and thats exactly what happened. Test drove 3 vehicles, with no questions asked and when I picked the car I wanted it was all straightforward without any hiccups. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Easy car purchase, trying to get the headlight issue resolved.

Easy process, very friendly people. I'm still holding of on a positive review in that the car I purchased has a headlight that leaks and needs to be replaced. Have sent a few messages to the salesperson, as well as received a call from the dealer that they would let the salesperson know the issue with the car. Hoping the do the right thing, I even asked about the carfax damage and was told everything was repaired prior to purchasing the vehicle.

Jason and the finance department went above and beyond to help me get my new car. He worked diligently and got everything pre-approved, when I arrived everything was ready to go. He patiently went through all the features on my car and showed me how to use them. Any questions I had afterwards he responded immediately. Great experience.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bobby, Leon and Art were knowledgeable, professional and funny, a pleasure to work with! I have never experienced such a level of service as I did from this dealership, not only that...the price was the lowest I could find! I am so happy that I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. Honest people, low prices and integrity! Purchase a car for my son over the weekend and there was some few issues, they said just leave the for a few days and will take care the problem. got a call today saying it was all done. but went we got there none of the written promises was done.very upset.

Awesome Service from Rocky

Recently had an oil change/service completed there (I was a first time customer) and a couple of weeks later my light went on indicating the oil was low and I discovered oil had leaked all over my garage floor. I called Rocky who was the service advisor and he took care of things immediately...he went above and beyond what I ever expected....including the clean up of my garage floor. I was extremely impressed at the exceptional service he provided! Kudos to Rocky, you were awesome...I'll be back.
