My husband and I didn’t go in with high expectations given our circumstances with one of the cars. We met with Rick and he helped us figure it all out! He was great at explaining the trade in process and quick too! We were able to sell both of our cars to the dealership and get a new one in return for a good price thanks to him and his team. Everyone was also very nice and welcoming.

I continue to bring my car in for an ongoing issue for the last two years . Some times they will tell me they don’t see anything wrong with it. Other times they will have recommendations and I will pay to get it fixed . The same issues continue to occur. I recently brought it in for the same issue I just paid to get fixed not to long ago . The service team had recommendations , however told me that my car does not qualify to have the issue fixed under warranty due to it being in a collision . I explained it has not been in a collision, however rep reported it to extended warranty . I don’t understand. If my vehicle was in a collision ( the reason for the problem apparently ), wouldn’t it have been noticed when I originally started bringing the car back in 2021 ? Mind you , Max Care has been contacted numerous times for the same ongoing issue and has paid to cover “ the issue” that was detected. What did I pay to get fixed then ? I was changed a diagnostic fee to be told the same thing I already knew ( I brought in the codes from another mechanic who recently ran a diagnostic on the vehicle ) . I am completely displeased with my experience and did not receive the help or service I was expecting .

Ridiculous

When I dropped my car off for an issue with the seat belt I was told that there would be no charge because it was still under manufacturer warranty. So I got the rental, which was a whole other issue because the dealership set up the rental for me and it was also screwed up. When I went to pick the car up I didn’t take any money with me because I was told there was no charge, only to be told I had a deductible I need to pay. At this point I didn’t have a car anymore because i had already turned in the rental. So I had to wait for someone to bring me my wallet from my house.

My New Buick Regal

This is my fourth vehicle that I have purchased/leased through Motor City GMC. When our family needed a new second car, we searched the internet for we thought would be the best fit for our family. After looking and comparing several makes and models, we kept coming back to Buick. We liked the Verano, the Encore and the Regal. I texted Danny Smart, who I had dealt with on my current Buick Enclave, and the next day we drove our new Buick Regal home. Danny is great to deal with, and worked with me to get a great deal. Then he took the time to thoroughly explain all the new technology to me and my two grandsons, that the Regal has to offer.

The wife and I have been looking for a vehicle and have driven several potential vehicles. The sales person always accompanied us on the test drive and would talk so much that we could not evaluate the vehicle. No so at Motor City, Brent sat in back and unless I was asking driving directions said nothing. Silence is Golden! We can back two days later and purchased the vehicle from the large inventory as it was exactly what we wanted. The negotiation was quick and we felt we got a good deal.
