Exceptional customer service

Bought a Mercedes metris over the phone and was a little nervous but the salesman (Surinder) made sure the van was delivered to my door for free. During the transportation the shocks were damaged so I went to my local dealer and was told there was no charge thanks to Surinder. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the exceptional customer service.

Outstanding dealership

I just bought my 2012 C250 last night at Sangera Mercedes-Benz in Bakersfield, CA. This is the second new car I've bought from them, and both times I was treated extremely well. I stopped by on Tuesday and went through all of the numbers, but they didn't have the particular color and options I wanted in stock. Five minutes at the computer and the manager located an exact match at another dealer, and my car was transfered, prepped and waiting for me when I finished work the next day. I highly recommend Sangera Mercedes-Benz, their service department is every bit as good as their sales department, and they remain the first place I go for anything automotive.
