My only concern and disappointment was that we had to wait over three hours for the finance manager and I felt that he was a little bit too aggressive and his sales pitch to purchase the warranties, shame on him! The customers concerns and well-being should be the first and only concern that the sales administration management and finance should have in line when someone has been approved and is purchasing a vehicle in fact regardless if they are purchasing a vehicle their time should be of the upmost importance I honestly feel that I am entitled to an apology. I also have never heard back from my sales rep what racks I can put on top of my vehicle in order to transport a mountain bike and or a kayak and canoe . Please have someone contact me immediately with the information I need not with a sales pitch not with an apology but with the information I asked for before during and after I purchased the vehicle!

Our sales rep was amazing, very kind, quickly responded to all of our questions and helped with everything we needed. It's the reason we came back to Ford again after recently purchasing a Ford Expedition just a couple of months ago we returned for another vehicle.

I didn't think I'd get approved for a lease and so I decided to try and I did. Thanks to Alex Lopez & Temo Martinez. This is my very 1st ford and I'm so EXCITED! Alex went over all the features on my 2016 Fusion Hybrid and answered all my questions. I will definitely refer my family and friends to Ford.

Giovanni was very helpful. He was willing to take the time to show me every feature available on my car. That carried on to the gentleman who helped me with finance. So knowledgable with the Lincoln product and made me feel like not only was I getting a great deal but also a great product!

Joe did a great job working with me. He was able to get everything done over the phone which was a big help since I was coming from fresno to purchase the truck. He picked me up from the rental car location and was able to answer all my questions. The lending department also did a great job meeting my needs with the payments and extended warranty. Overall it was a pleasure doing business with Jim Burke Ford, it was well worth the 3 hour drive. Thanks for everything.

I purchased a new f150, the staff created me warmly when I arrived. They even asked if I would like a refreshment. They let me look around without being hounded hut were there when I needed a question answered. Chad Yost helped me get all the options I wanted in a truck. He knew the product better than any sales person I have dealt with. I hate knowing more than the salesperson. This was not the case. They even showed me all the bells and whistles after I purchased it. Chad even took the time to teach me how to get my child seats in. Great job Chad and Jin Burke Ford

2015 Taurus from pre-owned stock. I found the car on-line and sent an e-mail. Jacob responded in hours with an offer of a discounted price. There was a smudge in one leather seat but it was taken care of before delivery. The car is great, it will take me forever to figure out how to use all of the new features. The only thing that I was aggravated about was the financing but that is with my credit union, not the Ford dealership. The financing process took too long even with a pre-approval letter. I gave up and returned the next day to complete the process.

I leased a new Lincoln MKZ. Mitch was friendly, and helpful without being pushy. There was another salesman that helped me when Mitch wasn't in. I wish I had his name. He offered to help when Mitch was not available, and made me feel like I was important even though I was not his client. All employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful.

I had a good experience not great. I am very happy with my vehicle and the deal we were able to reach but the person that helped us seem stressed out at times with us. But i was happy with my vehicle at the end so i rate this expirience 7 out of 10.
