Buying a car from Billy Hamill was one of those up days. I retired 5 years ago from 48 years of working in car dealerships so I know a little about car salesmen Billy is a guy you want to buy a car from. The guys behind the front desk and the finance manager also made the experience a good one. I would also like to commend the detail department for buffing out a small scratch on the car that Billy found before we left the lot.

I was greeted immediately and sent inside to Jake Mccallum. He greeted me, knew why I was there. He told me it would take as much as 90 minutes and directed me to the nicely appointed waiting room. I was pleasantly surprised when Jake came to get me 45 minutes later to tell me our Venza was ready to go. Good Job Jake Mccallum and Auburn Toyota

Jacob Mccallom was courteous and professional. I originally came in for a scheduled 7:00am scheduled service appointment and he let me know the front brakes needed to be replaced. Took the shuttle to my work and was called at 9:30 saying my vehicle was done. Kudos not only to Jacob but also the crew in the back turning wrenches.

Donna is knowledgeable, honest about necessary and suggested repair work. Her honesty is so greatly appreciated. A business is as successful as its staff and Donna is a crown jewel to Auburn Toyota. They are all some of the best people in the automotive industry to work with. We recently purchased a certified Tundra. Our sales person was Wayne Craft. He was excellent. Recently I made a decision to take my car to an independent mechanic because I thought that I would be saving money. I was totally wrong because the work I was quoted by the independent mechanic were higher than Auburn Toyota for the same job.

Every time I go to this Auburn service center I am greeted with open arms and big from all of the friendly customer service agents and also, Jeffrey Lewis, and the attendants on the phone, who are taking the appointments! I have been going there for a few years now and never have I been let down they have done so much good work to my car and kept my cost low and been completely professional each and every time… I really can’t say enough praise for these people at Auburn Toyota And the service center in particularly!
