Charles Bruce is my "go to" service advisor and has been since my truck was new in 2016. He always listens to me and then offers possible causes and solutions, tries basic problem solving troubleshooting and explains possible options before ever suggesting repairs. I believe he always tries to save me money and never pressures me. Highly recommend.

Well bad batteries. Not 2 1/2 years old, and Ann Marie, plus Coral on the phone got inventory confirmed, with Charlie getting it tested & confirmed bad allowing warranty replacement No Charge!!! Products being taken care of correctly. Now where did the 5 year batteries go……..

I cannot say enough about the group at Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They created a very comfortable environment for me to shop and make decisions on a new Truck purchase. Josh McClanahan Fleet Manager answered all my questions and gave me the space to make the right choice for my needs. Mia Gilli is exceptional at her job of Finance Manager and shopped many different lenders for the best rate on my loan. Very glad to have this dealership in Auburn that definitely has a "Family Vibe" which echo's the area. Looking forward to using my new Ram 2500 HD Crew Cab 4x4 Diesel for decades to come!

Worth the Drive Everytime!

Had an annoying noise after another dealer performed a warranty repair. Auburn CDJR found the issue and took care of it. They never recommend something that isn't necessary and they always return our vehicles on time and fixed right the first time. We live closer to six other CDJR dealerships, but we'll only take our cars to Auburn CDJR.

New key fob

Charles Bruce at Auburn CJDR was very helpful. I had already purchased a new key fob for my 2023 JLURD after an unfortunate cleansing of my other key fob. When I went to have it programmed, he felt the unintended incident should not have damaged the key fob and warrantied the part and labor and had the parts dept. refund my already purchased key fob without me even asking! Was very appreciated!
