Welch Nissan

We recently baught an 2008 Altima from them. They did match the price from the bigger dealers so we gave our business to the local guy. At time of purchase we asked about the number of miles on the car and were told that "It was a dealer transfer." We were okay with that. When we finally received our paperwork 3 WEEKs later, it turns out that they had previously sold the car to someone else for several seeks and they returned it, 'because it did not have bluetooth'. We were told by the owner that there was no way they were going back out of the deal. But they didn't have a problem with doing it for a Police Captain but not an ordinary citizen that they lied to!!! Welch said the car was not considered used until it was registered with the revenue office. I always thought it was used when you signed the dotted line and drove off the lot. Guess that is just me. I wouldn't do business with Welch unless you are ready to bend over!
