Listen to nothing they say and read the contract extremely close. They say anything and everything you want to hear and put what they want in the contract.

I did most of my search for a new car online using edmunds.com. When I contacted Brenden, the internet sales manager at Crain Hyundai, I knew exactly what I wanted. I made an appointment and was offered a very good deal with no hassle at all. I received a very good price for my trade-in. Edmunds allowed me to zero in on the car that best met my needs. I recommend Crain Hyundai and I would buy there again.

Awful experience Service Dept is awful

We purchased our car and immediatly started having problems engine dieing,,Crain acted as though they had never heard of this problem.. Just google them Crain has had more complaints in 3 years than all other Arkansas Car dealers Combined yes combined 54 complaints with 20 settlements!! beware!!!!

Zach Owen is the salesman who sent me an email as soon as I filled the form in Edmund. He is a very cooperative and nice guy. Communication with him is very easy.
