Over charged by $2,000. Would not recommend this dealership at all!

I inquired about a vehicle for my son who was in a bad vehicle accident. I was given a purchase price of that vehicle by a salesman at Crain Ford and decided to purchase it. Only to find out that the purchase price on the final documents had been increased by $2,000 in the end. Now the dealership is not wanting to honor the listed amount of the vehicle and can not give me an legitimate reason as to why the price is now $2,000 more than the price that I was given. I will be contacting 7 on your side and legal counsel. This is the worst car buying experience that I've ever had. After 2 weeks I still have not got the issue resolved. This company is all about getting over on people and do not put their customers first.

Not the experience! The people were not friendly, after asking for my salesman, I eventually ran into him myself. The website advertised a power train warranty, I was informed that it didn’t because I didn’t live there to have it serviced by them. I asked could I at least have it warrantied for 5000 miles until that first service was do, no. I specifically always ask, so when I Drive off the lot, it breaks down it’s on me, I was told yes. I was assured over the phone that the vehicle had no issues, because I had to put money down to hold the vehicle, and was told it was non refundable. Not the case, I had a crack in the side window, and the front parking sensors did not work, lights on the dash. Over all this was just not a good experience and the people were not helpful. I do like the vehicle though. Got done things to fix, but seems to be a good purchase. The finance lady was very nice and helpful by the way. Thankful for that.

We purchased a 2013 Toyota 4Runner. Our salesman, Tommy, did a great job in getting us into the right vehicle for our needs. What was most impressive with Tommy was that he was most concerned with getting us the right vehicle, not selling us the vehicle with the highest price tag. He showed us some vehicles that were more expensive because we asked him to show us these models, not because he was pushing them.
