Excellent Experience

I recently bought a used vehicle for my wife through William Hyden, the internet sales manager. William was extremely easy to work with on the purchase. William helped us purchase the vehicle we located online at their dealership and didn't put any pressure on us to make a purchase. He provided us his counsel and expertise on the vehicles we were considering and gave us a fair price on the car we settled on. The whole experience was very pleasant and the staff was very nice. We were also able to wrap up the entire transaction in less than 3 hours from start to finish which is very quick for a car purchase transaction. I would definitely recommend the Acura store and highly recommend you work with William Hyden on your next car purchase.

Great if they have what you want in stock

I've had a 2000, 2004, and 2009 MDX. The first two, I spent a lot of time trying to get Riverside to find me an MDX when they didn't have one in stock. I ended up buying the first in Shreveport and the 2nd in Dallas. I didn't feel like Riverside made any effort. The 3rd one was on their showroom floor. I asked for a price and they gave me a very fair one. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Now I'm trying to get a 2014 MDX and again, they don't have them and don't seem to be trying to get me one.

Not what you expect from a car dealership: A pleasant experience.

Although I was already leasing an Acura that I loved, I still wanted to see what else was out there instead of just jumping into another Acura. The experience was grueling. Even at other "luxury" dealerships, I felt like they were ripping me off, and I was so tired of the back-and-forth after 2 months of looking. Since I'd already driven the new ILX, I simply emailed the contact on Riverside's website (Ronnie P.) and asked him to quote 2 different Acura models at different trim levels. He didn't try to get me to "come by and chat" or any of that typical dealer-speak. He simply replied with what he expected my payments to be, and they were in line with what I knew they should be based on what I was currently paying for a car of the same value. Who would have thought it could be that simple? I walked into the dealership the next Saturday, drove the car one more time, and about an hour later I drove off in my new ILX. Most of that hour was sitting with Ronnie in the car as he went through all the pertinent (and awesome) technology features in my new car. It was a wonderful, pleasant, painless experience, which is more than I can say for even just going to look at other dealerships throughout my car search.
