Worst service ever

by Customer on 08/24/2017

Was trying to trade off my car. I have never in my life had this kind of service from any car sales person and I've purchased a lot of cars in my years. I never got an update on how it was going unless I called over and over and then the sales person didn't have enough about him to even call me back. It was always a short text message. Since when did they make it okay for you to get a text back instead of a call. Talk about unprofessional and yet you wanna make a sale. Not only that but I got left hanging for two days. If you can't sell a car then just say so. What really ticked me off and made me decide that I WILL NEVER try and get another car from y'all is when I asked to talk to a sales manager and I got the pleasure of speaking with Mike there in Jonesboro Ar because I was tired of NOT getting answers about where we was on the whole process but when I get told that I'm not the only person by this sales manager, that they deal with more then one person. Let me just say I work in the public and I know all about dealing with more then one customer. The difference between me and you is I don't leave my customers hanging even when I'm dealing with more then one. The least you could have done was say oh I'm sorry let me check on that for ya but no you had to be unprofessional and treat your customer like CRAP. Honestly I don't think y'all even deserve one star.

Deceptive Salesman made car buying experience an ordeal!

by chargerbuyer on 04/30/2008

Buying a charger was an ordeal from the start. Salesman Frank Brewer is deceptive. First told me he would give me a deal on a charger with a custom set of rims. When I arrived at the dealership, told me that I could have the deal but they would have to pull the custom rims off the car. Quickly got the salesman to change his mind by turning around to walk out of the dealership. Second told me that they would submit my information to several finance companies to get the best rate for me. When it got time to do the deal offered me an 8.99% rate. Told them that was unacceptable and that I planned to do a down payment on the car. Was told that I could get a rate of 7.99% with down payment. Told them I was going to check elsewhere for financing. After telling them that, they suddenly found a 6.55% rate for me. I ended up going to State Farm and getting a 5.59% rate. All throughout the deal making process, which lasted over a couple of days, I kept asking for the second keyless entry remote key for the charger. Salesman kept assuring me that it was in another person’s office and that he would find it for me. When I got suspect and ask how much a replacement key was he told me $70.00, but again told me that he would find the key. Finished all the paperwork and salesman told me to come back on Monday he would see if he could find the key by then. Returned on Monday to be told key couldn’t be found. So I set up a time to get with service about getting another key. When I showed up at service, they informed me that the key would cost $185. Called salesman back to ask if I could get key cheaper and he said that was dealer cost. When I told him I didn’t think that was right and ask if he could do something for me he offered a non-remote key for $100. When I told him that customer service had just went out the window, he told me that when you buy a program car that there is no guarantee that you would get two remote. Would not recommend dealership because of this salesman and suggest that you not shop at any of the Fletcher auto group dealerships!

Rude [violative content deleted]

by carbuyer80 on 09/17/2007

Every single experience that I have ever had with this dealer has been negative. The salespeople are rude and know nothing about cars. They all act like selling a car is an inconvient waste of their time. My husband and I were going to make a cash purchase of a Caliber and we could get no one to tell us anything about the car. We bought a Suzuki instead from the very nice sales staff at Suzuki of Jonesboro. Months later, we were going to buy a used VW Beetle, but the ABS light came on and when my husband asked the salesman, he said "We don't like VW and won't work on them, so I can't tell you what is wrong." My husband was also told that since it wasn't a dodge, they wouldn't even clean the car or put gas in it if he bought it. Needless to say, we didn't buy it.
