onI took my Cadillac ATS in for leaking fuel, service department told me it was the fuel line and pump but had to order the parts (on a Monday) and would be in the next day (Tuesday) the following Wednesday I was told the parts weren’t in yet. Low and behold, Thursday the parts were put on back order and could take up to 2 weeks to be in.. I am paying over $700 for the worst customer service, I’ll use personal mechanic from now on. (And apparently they don’t have a loner)
