Fourth vehicle purchase from Riser Ford. Won't be the last. Very fair trade-in given on 2011 Explorer with recent fender bender, excellent price on new Explorer. One phone call, take in old car, less than an hour later, drive away new. Friendly staff through whole process. Thanks Keith, Kyle, John, and of course, Paul. I don't shop anymore; I just go to Riser.

Two salespeople were involved and this was at times a problem. Each assumed the other was finding the answer to our question, with the result that neither one was! Thus, the "experience" took longer than it should have. Overall, though, we were fine with it.

Bought a used ford from another dealership the car had a recall on it (the dealership didn'knoW) the car wasn't running right (still had factory warranty on it) I went to the ford DEaler and talk to them and was told about recall....I got smart and said make me a deal "I can't refuse" and we will go from their.The deal wasn't the best but I took it any way got A new Ford this is the first ford we ( my husband and I)ever had in 47 years so we will see

My husband and I recently purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX after researching several other makes/models. We are very pleased with our decision. Our purchase experience was equally positive. Our sales consultant ( Dan Anderson) was very knowledgeable about this model and made us feel very comfortable with the test drive, answering any questions and ultimately the final purchase. Dan was not a high pressure salesman which was a pleasant surprise , but was actually likely the very thing that helped us take the time to enjoy looking, liking and buying the right vehicle for us:)

I went in to look around for the best possible First New Vehicle option for me that was reasonable enough to fit in my budget, wasn't expecting to actually buy a car! I was "Just Looking!" I met with Keith Thomas and right away he won me over by not pressuring me or rushing me into buying a vehicle. He was super cool, very helpful & had genuine intent to all of my car needs & to find the car that I REALLY WANTED & COULD AFFORD!!! We just purchased a 2015 Explorer after retiring our '99 model. We were pretty sure that we knew what we wanted after the service we had received from the '99. Ford for sure! Ms. Lisa answered all questions and concerns spot on, and explained the new features plain and simple. No hassle or high pressure bull. The credit process was quick and easy, even offering an extended warranty at a price that we were pleased with. Finally, the tech guy described and showed us in detail all of the latest technology incorporated in the '15 model. All in all, it was the best experience I have ever had shopping for a new vehicle. I'll definitely go back to Riser Ford the next time that I'm ready to buy and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Mr. Riser corrected problem

Mr. Riser took action to remove and unwanted hard credit check from my credit report and has said that he is going to change some business practices to make sure this doesn't happen again.

The waiting area in the nicely remodeled showroom was well appointed, however, I did not sit there because they were broadcasting FOX news. This is completely offensive to me. I asked them to change the channel, but no one there seemed to know how. I sat in the kitchenette. The woman at the check-out window could have tried to look pleasant, but she only put up an argument when I told her I was due a free oil change. She pointed out the letter "that went to everyone" back in December....I had to show her an email I received from Riser on 1/28/15 to prove it. She then took the time to look it up. No smile, no thank you, just sour. Not too sure I will buy my next vehicle here if they continue to broadcast the fictional news that poisons people's minds. So offensive. Not everyone believes this junk and cannot get over the fact that you would be so ignorant as to put your political views out there so prominently.
