I bought a use card from Hudspeth Ford and was promised a owner manual and a second key. They told use they were log up so they would not get misplaced. After we signed the paper they came out and said the book and key were not they and the old owner had them, but they would try and get them for me. A week or so later I call the sales man and could not get him to return my calls. Another week went by and I finally got to talk to him and the book is still on his desk. The refused to make me another key. I bought one on my own. Nor cheap either. I will never deal with the dealership again. Bad service. I think I am going to contact the BBB, Arkansas Attorney General and Ford.
