Best Experience Ever

We recently had an emergency repair needed on our vehicle while on vacation. We stopped at Superior and had the best experience ever! They were willing to accommodate our need to have our vehicle repaired so that we could make it to our next stop at a reasonable hour. The lounge was stocked with water, coffee, sodas, and snacks for their customers. Everyone we encountered was caring and helped us feel comfortable and taken care of.

I actually purchased the truck over the phone from the Superior Auto Group. I was out of town during the purchase agreement and Superior had the truck waiting for me when I returned. We had a great experience at Superior GMC. Our sales associate Stephen Beard did an excellent job. He informed us of the vehicle and showed us all the features. I would highly recommend Superior GMC to my friends and especially recommend that they come see Stephen. This was the first time we bought a vehicle with ease and no pressure. The prices were what was advertised and there wasn't no hidden fees.

Excellent Experience

This was our first experience buying a car from Superior GMC and it was by far the easiest car buying experience we have had. Our salesperson, Janene, was helpful, honest and did not put any pressure on us. One of the things I do not like is when a salesperson must go talk to the manager 5 or 6 times before an agreement is finally reached. This experience was nothing like that and we felt a good deal was offered quickly.

I shopped online for a car, asking several dealers for quotes. Superior was the only dealer that had good communication. Their internet sales person made sure all our questions were answered. I asked for an out-the-door offer, and they gave a quote that we were happy with, a thousand dollars lower than in a Mountain Home, Akansas dealership. When we arrived at the dealership to write up the order, there were no surprises, and no hidden fees. It was a pleasant experience because we had done our research ahead of time, knew what we wanted and what we were willing to pay, and Superior had been helpful and fair all through the process. I will write another review once the car comes in from the factory. Thumbs up for Superior in Fayetteville
