We drove 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to purchase the car we wanted. We had been speaking on the phone and texting with the Sales Person for a couple days. Derek provided all the information in a timely fashion. We couldn't pick the car up for a couple days, so he moved her inside and sent me pictures. The deal we got was right inline with my research for purchase price. Once we arrived at the dealership everyone was great, attentive, but not overbearing. Everything was just as Derek had said. He was very respectful of our drive home time, so he had us in and out of the dealership very quickly. We have texted since the purchase day to make sure I am pleased with the car, which I am! The last thing I want to say is I am also so impressed that most of the employees have served in the US Arm Forces. It made me feel even better about buying my car from a dealership owned by someone that cares about our country and those that serve her.

Bought two vehicles from Crain VW. Make sure you get all the details before you buy. 100,000 mile warranty only if you bring in every 5000 Miles. The sales agent nor any one else throughout the ENTIRE TRANSACTION mentioned that you have to bring the vehicles in every 5000 miles or the warranty is void. This is how they “get” you. Buyer beware for any used vehicle.
