Forced Arbitration

The very last car buying step was an agreement not to sue. We refused to sign that and they refused to sell us the car. We have no intention to sue anyone, but the right to settle disputes in a court of law shouldn't be surrendered because a car dealer requests it! A week later we bought a car and the dealer just wrote "Declined" at the bottom of the agreement. Demanding surrender of the right to settle disputes in a court of law casts a pall on a dealerships confidence in their ability to execute due diligence and deliver their goods and services safely, reasonably and justly!

Wanted 300$ so elongate strut holes when it wasn’t needed for alignment. Took it to an alignment shop and they did it for 60$

I asked a salesman what the price was on a pickup and he read me the MSRP on the window sticker as though I couldn't read it myself. If he thought I would pay sticker price he's crazy. I thanked him for his time and left.

Best price quote on line by far within a 100 miles of where i live. Like the fact the DO NOT have any Doc fees. Price your quoted is the drive off price. Great sales experience. Very friendly, professional staff. Will for sure check with them for any future car or truck purchases. Purchased a Chevy Cruze ECO, I love it.
