when I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted by a sales consultant who was very friendly. I was slightly disappointed because I expected another person whom I had spoken with on the phone, but that consultant had given the one I was greeted by all of the info that was quoted over the phone so I relaxed. We went for a test drive in the vehicle I had requested while we were testing the car the consultant asked and answered questions about the car and the previous one I had owned and the new one since they are the same make. when we returned to the dealership the consultant offered my friend and me refreshments and proceeded with the business at hand very professionally. I was introduced to the social media specialist who was very descriptive of all the added services for maintenance of the vehicle. He was also very courteous.

Great service, salesman (Houston) was nice and knew everything there was to know about the Dodge. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours with my new car! Thank you Trotter Auto.
