Fuel pump

My car has been in the shop 4 times all due to my gas gage being broken in your company's hands. I wad left stranded @ 3:30 am and had to miss work all do to running out of gas. I was under the impression it was fixed the third time around and now the fourth time there it is still in your possession and on its 2nd day, I was told they don't know what's wrong when I clearly stated what exactly happen. There is no error code for a gas gage that is not working. This has been beyond frustrating and has left me without a vehicle numerous times.

Great service at last second

I came into the dealership without prior notice while on a road trip. Susan immediately came out to help. Not only were my tires promptly checked and filled, we treated to friendly conversation and hot cocoa. Great service!

Amanda Hayes will not disappoint you

Amanda Hayes was our saleswoman and she blew our expectations out of the water. Absolutely incredible to work with. This was a dreaded task for us to complete but once we started working with Amanda it turned into a memory that we will cherish for life. She was SO patient, incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, efficient, kind, and fun to work with. She is definitely an asset to this company that any business owner dreams of having! Royal Buick Service

I get service discount coupons from Royal Buick. They don’t disclose the amount on the coupon but say talk to your advisor. Ryan said to talk to the cashier. They suggested additional maintenance but never mentioned it would be $686. When I went to check out they said oh there is no discount. That is a GM marketing thing. Keep in mind it has Royal Buick all over the mailing. The cashier gave me a few $ off but Ryan would not even come out and say anything to me personally. I purchased one car there and had service since 2015 exclusively. I will not return under any circumstance. There dishonesty and lack of accountability is sad.

I had a GREAT buying experience at Royal Buick on Auto Mall Drive, and that is saying a lot for car shopping… Each person I worked with, from Sales to Finance, was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. ZERO pressure, the Sales Reps do NOT work on commission. Financing was no hassle, they are straight forward and work quickly to secure financing. I plan to purchase my next vehicle at Royal Buick!
