Time wasters

by Mike on 05/30/2023

David P scheduled an appointment for a test drive of a vehicle that had been sold prior to engagement with a salesman who was not working that day.

Lord

by Seth Karns on 04/15/2022

We’d bought a car about a year ago and had a great experience. We came back when needing a second vehicle and bought a used truck last Thursday. It needed to go through the service, no problem, and our salesman Zamy (Z) was amazing with the sale and communication. We heard on Tuesday that the truck was ready so made a plan on Wednesday to go pick up. Wednesday rolls around and were told the vehicle was moved and couldn’t be found. Z was in communication with us as he searched for it and when we arrived 4 hours later were told the engine had an issue and couldn’t be sold now. We asked to speak to a manager at least 5 times and no one would come to speak to us. After being at the dealership for about 3 hours and finding another vehicle, we (including Z, who had been told it was broken) were told by one of the finance managers that the truck had been sold to someone else after we bought it and there hadn’t been any engine problems. We were still requesting to speak to a manager and still couldn’t get one out to speak with us. As we were already in the process of financing the newly picked out vehicle, we continued with the sale but very dissatisfied with the fact we were lied to over a mistake the dealership made and the lack of apology and management communication when requested. If it hadn’t been for Z and his attention and communication we would have gone elsewhere. Will not be back for another vehicle.

Bait and Switch

by Topgunny98 on 04/02/2022

Where to begin? I initiated contact with the dealership via chat on Edmunds.com. At the conclusion of the chat, I was informed a salesperson would contact me via text of email. At this point the price of the vehicle was $27,302 (3/15/2022). After sales contacted me (3/18/2022) the price went up to ($28,490.00) and a “test drive was offered. I had some questions I wanted answered before I would drive 200 miles for test drive. Another text from salesperson asking if my questions had been answered, obviously not as no response had been sent! After expressing an interest to salesman the next day the price went up to $32,478.00 on 3/21/2022. I countered with “answer my questions on the suspension issues and we will start at the initial listed price of $27,302 for purchase. End of contact with dealership. Today 2 April 2022 price continues to drop to $28,966.00 and headed back down! I wouldn’t, at this point, buy a hot wheels set from this dealership!

Horrible

by KG on 11/20/2021

I reached out multiple times about a vehicle and was given many different answers to same question. Basically, all I got was the runaround from different salesman.

Selling cars that have been sold already!!

by Robbed by Quiexbuex Buick of T on 06/16/2021

So I purchased a 2015 Lincoln mkz thru their shop click and drive application and come to find out that they had sold that vehicle already to someone else already.. I put $1000 deposit to hold the vehicle for me thru their app and not one time has a manager or the sales guy or really anyone has called me with an update on what was happening with the vehicle or when I would be receiving my deposit back. This was back on the 8th of this month, I had to call myself to ask them what the status of the vehicle was and when and how they are going to refund me back my money. So I spoke with a manager and he didn't even know how they are going to refund me back my money and has to find out. So here I am waiting on so far what I have dealt with are nothing but incompetence from this dealerships employees. But before we end our conversation the manager asks me if I was maybe interested in something else, to think that after what I am still having to deal with to just get my money back from them that they really thought that I would purchase a vehicle from them still!!! They must really think that I would trust them enough to belive that they wouldn't jerk me around with another vehicle that they claim is available but is really sold like they are still doing with that lincoln.. That car is still posted on their website and other car apps that it's still available!! Talk about false advertisement!! I just hope that I am not out of $1000 cause if that is the case I hope that they are prepared to have a very upset lady at their car lot making sure that she gets her money!!

Very Satisfied!

by korey on 06/06/2018

Brian was a true professional when it came to my most recent service appointment at Quebedeaux GMC. Even though it took longer than expected due to additional parts needing to be ordered, he took care of me with a loaner vehicle and was very responsible and attentive of my time and needs. Definitely recommend the service department at Quebedeaux and the service advisor Brian.

Oil change /tire rotation

by josievaldez123 on 05/10/2018

I received my oil change well I like to think I did. I state it that way because, not Edmunds someone else informed me my tires were rotated, no leaks, no puntunctures to my tired that I was good to go. So i left. The only reason why I knew my tires were not rotated was due to low tire pressure front/right tire before I arrived and the same after I left. It's sad that I just took your CS rep word which were false.

Excellent dealership

by Christopher P Bodley on 05/07/2018

I have used every department of this place and it’s all been great. I’ve bought a new car, a used car, gotten service and collision repair and have never had a bad experience. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I will continue to go to Quebedeaux in the years to come.

Worst Dealer in Town

by oduffy on 10/21/2011

I bought a truck from them, signed a contract, and had the truck for two weeks. Dealer calls me up, they made a mistake. I own them 1,500 dollars more. Go down to find out what's going on. They say because it their mistake I only own 750. I tell them I donot want to pay the money, deal off give me back my tade in. They said can give back car it is to late in the deal. Plan on going to BBB and Gm. Stay away from is place.

The worst investment one can make.

by omostofi on 04/07/2010

I spent over $9000 in down payment and more in monthly payment since this dealership sold me the lemon and never tried to fix or replace the car. Their service department does not have the technical expertise to fix cars. You will end up spending more and more. Sales is also worst. They lie to you. They manipulate your financing with cooperation with the financial institution who collaborate with them (kick back money) and you end up paying more with higher interest rate for a car which not last you. Be very careful. I bought a 2006 GMC Envoy from them and the car had problems from beginning. The gas gauge was not working properly. Other warning lights coming on and off. When I told the salesman he said after filling the gas tank few time the gauge will correct itself. Such a stupid comment. Now the car is broken and they are asking $700 to fix the gas gauge which is not the main problem. I left the car there and told the bank to go pick it up since I can not afford to pay for a car which is mechanically broken.

***DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!***

by simbler on 03/25/2010

After weeks of searching, for hours a day, for the perfect car, I finally find it! It had everything I wanted and more. It was at Quebedeaux Buick GMC. These people are completely unprofessional, and their work is completely unethical! We were brought in to buy the car under false pretenses that we were pre-approved for this car. The sticker price was $9,981 and we put down $1,500. We should have only financed between $8,400 and $9,300. It ended up being $11,217!!! For accessories that they told us nothing about!!! They just snuck it in there. After having signed the contract that we would be paying $225 a month at this certain APR% etc...they tell us three weeks later that we still weren't financed through anyone and they let us drive the car off the lot!!! What if something had happened in between those 3 weeks!?!? This is COMPLETELY WRONG!!! SO WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS!!! To top it off they yelled and swore at me, saying I was acting unprofessional. I said," I'm the angry customer that you're doing NOTHING for, YOU act professional"...AND one of the sales people had the audacity to hang up on me after yelling at me!!!! They actually told me to calm down and that he's sorry and ACTUALLY TRIED TO SELL ME A DIFFERENT CAR!!! Talk about pathetic and desperate...be weary all.

Way not to go....Quebedeaux!!!

by terryajones on 08/22/2008

I purchased a new 2005 GMC Sierra SLT Extended Cab 4x4 in the summer of 2005 from a dealer in Cottonwood and traded in my 2002 of the same trim level and added a $3500.00 cash down payment on top of that. This was one of the few trucks like it at the time and I was willing to travel the 237 miles from Tucson up to Cottonwood to pick it up and the dealer was able to get me financed before coming out. The purchase process went quickly but the truck was, you guessed it, a lemon. I left after the dealer closed and on the way back home I could tell the front end of the truck was too tight and the newer L33 that made 310hp vs my older 280hp 5.3 worked harder than my other truck ever did. I could feel the front end getting pushed down the highway and climbing the mountains made it clear the truck was not working right. It would bob from side to side as the friction in the front brakes or bearings would vary, causing the hood to rock back and forth. I stopped in Phoenix and the front rims, not rotors, rims, were too hot to touch, I dared not touch the rotors. This truck had 6 miles on it. I made it back home with the truck and I checked the truck out better and found that the fuel cap tether was not long enough to reach the cap, the truck had a vacuum leak and no throttle response, part of the air cleaner box was not bolted down, it had an undersize oil filter installed, when warm you could hear a lifter tick, and the transmission would sometimes stutter, oscillating between gears on upshift, and the oil pressure was below 20psi when warm, all not good things. That and the truck drove like the front brakes were locked on, good luck hitting a patch of ice in 2wd like that. I called GM and expressed my concern and wanted a different truck since I preferred not to have a major differential and bearing repair right off the lot. GM ran me around for about a week and I told them I'd consider having the truck fixed and at no point did the selling dealer in Cottonwood offer to repair the truck and GM had it towed to Quebedeaux to diagnose the problem. They felt it was the front differential and I relented and agreed if they could fix it this would be acceptable. I returned from a business trip in Europe and went to Quebedeaux who indicated the truck was fixed now and as I sat outside waiting for the truck to be brought to me, another employee drove up where I was sitting and nearly ran into me with the full size truck he parked almost on my feet and then got out glaring at me and entered the dealership to continue to work, nice place this. I drove the truck home through the city of Tucson and new in about a minute they had not fixed it, getting it out on I-10 and the mountains said the same thing. They did nothing else other than claim to fix the front differential, the oil filter was still wrong, the fuel filler was not working, there were air leaks around the door seals, and the truck was still inoperable. GM towed the truck another time to them, they claimed they looked at it again and found nothing wrong, and when I picked it up again, they must have driven the thing around the lot to put some miles on it and when I drove back home the odometer had less than 2 additional miles on it from when I dropped it off. They never road tested it at all. Then told me to take it elsewhere. I realize I did not purchase the truck from them and they did not have one on the lot so it was not possible and it really should not matter since I moved there from out of state anyway and have since moved again and would hope GM can fix my $40,000.00 truck anywhere. It simply is not true. Don't expect to get any service from this place and the staff was unprofessional, incompetent, and unwilling to do any work. You are probably better going to Phoenix or getting something in Detroit as I did with the 2002 if you are serious about getting a truck that works. You will have to maintain and repair it yourself however, these guys won't.
