Normally I wouldn’t write a review for a negative experience however I believe this particular experience is deserving of such a review. Being a car enthusiast I’ve purchased several cars all around the country over the years. I can honestly say I have never had a more frustrating, negative, and shady experience as I have with Precision Toyota in Tucson, AZ. After a couple of weeks of unsuccessfully trying to put together a deal on a late model used vehicle, they contacted me on a Sunday offering me a better price to which I agreed. After open of business on Monday I was presented the final price with some additional fees that I questioned and finally agreed to. In a subsequent phone discussion with the sales manager I was informed they couldn’t accept a deposit at this time because they had booked sales appointments now that they had lowered the price. At this point I had been working on the deal for weeks, had agreed to purchase the vehicle prior to any other appointments being made, offered a deposit, a copy of the check from my bank for the final payment, and the airline information for the flight I’d be taking later in the week for pick-up. Keep in mind they were more than willing to accept a deposit from me a couple weeks prior at the higher price. Seems to me they lowered the price to draw in customers, which is a standard dealership practice and I accept that, however to sell the car out from under me in order to generate more buyers interest is pretty shady and frustrating. I put a lot of time into this transaction only to be misled in the end. GOOD LUCK if you’re purchasing anything from Precision Toyota in Tucson, AZ. Be sure to check all the fine print, I’m not sure they can be trusted. Thank you for reading my review.

Went to Precision to lease a new car or possibly purchase a used one. Had some credit concerns because of a recent bankruptcy. Talked to Kevin in the new car section. I believe his card said “Customer Relations” as the title. He said getting a lease would be harder so we walk to the used car lot next door. I end up taking a 2012 Nissan Altima for a test drive. Love the car so we start talking prices. Kevin shows me a printout that states the car costs $21,000+ dollars. After tax, license, doc fee etc… its Just over $24,000. Tells me if I put $1000.00 down my payments will be $350 per month. Runs my credit. Says my score is good but I don’t have my bankruptcy discharge papers yet so I need to come back in a few weeks and they will sell me the car. I drive home and pull up the car on the internet to show some family members what it looks like and see the car listed for $16,999 not the $21,000+ Keven told me it cost. It also stated it could be financed for $232 per month. I drove back to the dealer and verified the VIN# in the online ad matched the VIN# on the car I drove. I then tracked down Keven to give him his card back and tell him that I felt like they were trying to rip me off. Telling me a car costs $21000.00 when the real price is $17,000.00. When I showed him the ad online he asked if I complained to the the sales manager because “he was the one” that told him what the price of the car was. I don’t even know who the sales manager is but one of them is a [non-permissible content removed]. Kevin stormed off. Not sure if he was mad at the sales manager or mad that he got caught trying to screw me over. Either way, Im not going back and regret letting them do an inquiry on my credit. I only make $1600 per month so overcharging me by $4000.00 on a car is A LOT of money for me.

We just purchased two pre-owned vehicles from the Precision Toyota used car lot. From beginning to end the experience was the smoothest I have ever experienced with buying a new or used vehicle. From dealing with the sales guy, to finalizing the deal with the finance group, they made it painless. The level of knowledge, and the professionalism we experienced will definitely bring us back when we are in need of another vehicle.

I recently purchased a new 2015 Toyota Prius Two from Precision Toyota. I live in Tempe, but hadn't had much luck with the dealerships in the Phoenix area. I called 10 dealerships to ask them to give me itemized out-the-door prices on new cars so that I could assess whether I could afford a new Prius on my graduate student budget. Time and again dealerships tried to give me the workaround, wouldn't give me a straight answer, or wanted me to come to the dealership before they would give me a price. When I contacted Pooja Patel at Precision, she sent me a full itemized breakdown of the cost of my desired car within 5 minutes! She also got me a better deal for a different color car on the lot, and helped me get an additional discount as a recent graduate. Visiting the dealership was a breeze; I set up an appointment with Pooja, did a test drive, and then signed the paperwork! She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional; I am so appreciative that I was able to work with her. And I got my beautiful new car for $2000 less than any of the Phoenix dealerships had quoted me! I will not hesitate to recommend Pooja or the Precision team in the future.

I made an internet sales inquiry in early December of 2014 regarding the car I ultimately purchased. I honestly did not feel I could work a new car purchase into my budget and advised my internet salesperson, Ricardo Claure, of that. After many emails and phone calls, I made an appointment to visit Ricardo at Precision Toyota in January 2015. I feel he gave sound advise about how the car I was interested in compared in value to other Toyota models. When it came time to negotiate price I was amazed at the concessions they made and how they were able to work within my budget to make this car affordable for me. I love my new Toyota Corolla LE and highly recommend both Ricardo and Precision Toyota.

I walked in with no hope of getting into a new or used car with not so stellar credit. I asked for a car that had low miles, good on gas and low payments. After working with Ricardo Claure, he not only got everything on my list done but also got me a car that I love! I got a 2011 Toyota Yaris with only 20500 miles on it. My payments were just over $300 and even got me a better deal with the bank than we thought. I was so impressed I will continue to do business with this dealership and especially Ricardo. Ask for him, he was fast, nice, understanding, and got me what I wanted without looking all day!

My salesperson, Vic, was wonderful. He heard what I needed and wanted and responded to what I was looking for. There was terrific assistance without the pressure to buy. The negotiation was fair and fairly effortless. This is my second purchase with Precision and I would return again. Great salesperson, great service, great dealership!

We left any number of voice messages for a number of the staff and could not get a response. We even wrote an e-mail to the General Manager, Stacy Barnett, and again got NO response. We were asked repeatedly for excellent reviews on our experience. Then, after the fact, were completely ignored. We still do not have a plate for our new Venza, and the temporary expires tomorrow,(11/9/14). We have now been told we should have it delivered on Monday,(11/10/14). This is beyond unacceptable, but no one seems to care at this dealership. I should mention that we also made TWO trips to this dealership in person to try to get this resolved, but again, nothing but empty promises. We cannot remember being treated with such DISREGARD ever.

It was a great experience at precision toyota! From viewing the truck I wanted to sitting down and going over numbers. Nate Eliason was the customer relations person I went through for my purchase. He's a straight shooter, every question I had he gave me an honest answer. Even after buying the truck, he took the time to go over all the controls, how to set this and that up, all around good guy! I highly recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I recently had our first visit to Precision Toyota to check out the vehicles/specials and all that was available. Our experience all the way from our first contact with Michael Robertson to meeting with Patrick for the paperwork on our new Tacoma was very pleasant. Hopefully it will be a while until we have to meet with the service department, but if it is anything like the sales department, we will be very happy.

Went to the dealership to look at trucks and options to buy. Salesman Patrick C was very helpful and took his time going over all of the models and the differences with me. I told him that I wanted to think about it and he was perfectly polite and told me that I should take all of the time I needed to make a major decision. Once I did decide and was ready to buy he was very helpful and the process went very quickly.

I have bought my first car which is Scion Fr-s from Precision Toyota on Sept 3rd. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Everything from test drive to sales to finance was awesome. I got one of the best deal, the sales guy (Jim C) was really nice and helpful in explaining everything and very trustworthy guy. I met "Jaff" who was sales manager was excellent and nice. He made my buying experience easy and no-stress. He showed me all options and thinking from my side what are good options. Overall i will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for Toyota or Scion. The guys there are really nice.
