Marisol Torres was very easy to work with, she was professional and courteous. She went out of her to accommodate me. She made the whole process delightful! And who can say that about buying a car!

A great buying experience.

I recently purchased a silver 2010 Acura TL. Everyone at this dealership were extremely helpul and they all had a high standard of customer service. I will definitly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to have a good experience when purchasing a vehicle. I would like to thank Mr. Rush and the gentleman that approves the loans (sorry forgot his name) for giving me such a good experience while buying my vehicle. We bought a car from this dealership. Traded a 02 Accord and spent hours there. We found that: The friendly faces changed when we mentioned we could get more for our trade by selling it ourselves. The accessories added to the new car had other fees attached beyond the MSRP of the item. They charged us labor to put everything on. We bought anyway gritting our teath and just moving on. Then it came to delivery. Started out dealing with the same sales person, passed on to someone we've never talked to before with a very impatient attitude and no knowledge of the functions and features of the car. Explaining anything began and ended after sitting in the sun hour after hour trying to get things to work in the navagation system and bluetooth systems. The lack of knowledge and being passed on to others made us feel like we were second class owners! The whole delivery experiance was feeling like a nightmare. We began reading books and information to become knowledgable on our own. Finding out that without necessary access codes for the navagation system and radio the changing of the battery would render them inoperative. The cards with this information were not given to us or explained. Now it began a daily process of trying to get this information over and over again with the dealership telling us that the people were in a meeting! Any feeling of satisfaction quickly turned into thinking we made a great choice of a car and the worst choice of a dealership! These people don't have a clue about what they sell. The Acura is a great car but the people in this dealership are of the attitude once the car is off the lot they could care less! Take my advise and go someplace els!

A month ago my husband and I decided it was time to trade in our 05 Bonneville for 2 used cars. After looking at Chapmans used car inventory and finding a few we liked we contacted Len Luskin at Chapman and remained in contact with him about other possible vehichles we had liked. From our first inquiry date until we bought the cars, he was excellent at informing me of the status of the vehicles. When we went to the dealership, Len had our top picks in one central location so we did not have to walk all over the place. This was incredibly convenient for us considering it was after the big snowfall. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were appreciated and not just another customer. Len did everything to make us feel comfortable and at ease, even our 3 year old had fun watching a movie and playing. When it came down to crunching numbers, he did everything to make the numbers fit and in the end they did. He understood where we came from and what our concerns were. The paper work part did take a while, but it was a major purchase and there were two vehicles in the sale. Needless to say in the end I got a 07 Caliber and my husband got an 07 Charger. We love our new vehichles and would recommend this dealership to anyone who doesn't want to feel pressured and have a relaxed shopping experience and wants a good price and low APR. Thanks Len and Chapman team, this was the best auto buying experience in my life. You have definately changed our outlook on car salesmen and I am sure we will be back no matter where the Army sends us. Quality of service and a friendly enviroment definately takes precedence over the price!! Danna

Very happy with my purchase of 2008 TL

After more than 10 years in a 1999 TL, I contacted Chapman Acura in Tucson via the internet about the possibility of purchasing a new TL. Less than 3 days later, the new 2008 TL was in my garage. The salesman was clear and straight-forward with me. He was responsive to my questions and asked frequently during the process if I was comfortable with how things were proceeding. He gave me a good price on the new car and a fair trade-in on my old car. It took longer to complete the paperwork than it did to conduct our negotiations. I left Chapman Acura feeling like I had been treated well. And while I hated to give up my old car, the salesman promised I'd get over it before getting home in the new TL. And he was right.
