High-effort sales

Kasey did a great job tracking down the car I wanted, and checked in multiple times during the sales process with possibilities and again after the sale to make sure everything is going well.
Do not buy without having a Carfax report in your hand !

We purchased a used Chevy Camaro December 17, 2016, Stock# 1161 / Deal# 1408. We made this purchase to replace our truck which had been stolen and found burned to the ground. The first question asked prior to purchasing this vehicle was "does it have a clean Carfax" ? The sales lady said YES it did so instead of requesting to see a copy, she was trusted as an employee of a professional auto dealer. Imagine our surprise when we went to trade this vehicle after we relocated to Texas to be informed by the dealership that our car had been previously stolen, wrecked and sold at auction. Not only have we been driving this vehicle unaware of any potential issue but the value of this vehicle is significantly decreased because of it. After going through the document envelop we find a history list of repairs from the dealership and no Carfax report. We will be referring this matter Arizona State Attorney General's Office for further investigation of possible sales fraud.
