After calling multiple dealerships to have my car fixed, I brought it to Coulter. I met with Johnnie the service writer and he was so kind informative and knowledgeable. He felt me comfortable right off the bat. The two other dealerships failed to tell me that I had extended warranty left on my vehicle which saved me $1400 in service charges. I will not bring any of my GMC’s any place other than Coulter.

I was told when I traded my buick encore that Texas was a reciprocal state. I paid Arizona $2000+ in sales taxes. I just this week received my AZ title that allows me to register in Texas. I paid another $1886.38 to Ellis County to register. Should I be taxed twice?

They had my car a week did not offer a loaner. Gave me back my car, tires were low after I told them to check them. Check engine light went on when I got home. Brought it back, gave me a rental for 1 day??? Picked up my car and it was dirty. Not happy with the service.

When I arrived, no vehicles were in line, yet I had to wait 10 minutes until an employee walked past asked If had been helped. He advised the service technicians I needed help, I waited another 5 minutes.

During a routine oil change, I was told I needed all my coolant flushed out since the car was 3 years old but with only 36,000 miles. This would cost close to $200 but it was necessary. I wonder did I need it and I wonder if such a thing should cost almost $200.

She exceeded my expectations again, having my car ready as I was running on a tight schedule, the courtesy shuttle I requested on time both dropping me off and picking me up. The professionalism of everyone involved in the process was nothing short of a "first class" experience! The attention to details and the awesome customer service is refreshing! Thank You Ken Bowers for making me feel so special not just as a customer but, as a person as well! I also truly enjoyed and appreciated the time spent together during my vehicle orientation & training session. It helped tremendously in being more familiar with all of the features my gorgeous new truck!
