Unprofessional staff

I had a series of bad experiences here and would rate the staff as overall unprofessional. I would not recommend buying a car because of the ill treatment I received and the hassle they put me through from the beginning of my car buying experience here. The service department was always really friendly but the sales and finance department are slimy. I ended up selling my car a year after buying it because I moved out of state, and when I called to inquire about receiving the refund for my unused maintenance plan, I was put through the ringer. I kept getting different answers from each department. Finally Chuck, one of the sales managers, told me they'd be able to prorate the maintenance plan and I would get approx. $300 back. He wrote down my new address and told me the check would be in the mail that day. It's been two months. I have called and emailed multiple times and have not received a response. I have talked with other managers and they have assured my Chuck will call me back, he has not. The receptionist took my address down again, yet no check has come in the mail. I have been incredibly patient but at this point am more upset that I have been ignored and disrespected than the fact I haven't received the promised refund.

Great group of guys

All in all, a great experience buying a car. I had to poke holes in their tactics a bit (Bruce) but they took care of me. You can tell they care about us veterans.

Helpful Bruce

I called Bruce during my lunch break and asked him about a used 2013 juke that I had seen on autotrader. Asked about a 1k down payment with a monthly payment of below 300 as a first time buyer. After the call Bruce was able to get everything set up for me within 15 minutes and called me back, 276 a month! When I arrived to finalize they had done a lot of work to the car making it look even better than the pictures and it test drive like a beauty. Very happy with my purchase.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE! MARK MITSUBISHI HAS YOU COVERED!!! Mark Mitsubishi Phoenix went above and beyond to help me get into a new car. I was in a bit of a struggle with ridiculous negative equity and Mark Mitsubishi did everything in their power to ensure I was able to walk away happy. Working with Brandon, Adam, Bruce, and Dylan truly made this a wonderful experience! This is how car dealerships, sales representatives, and finance representatives should treat their customers!

Leap of Faith

This year - I decided to purchase my first brand new car. I did the research, I found the car, I found the price. The reason I call this a "Leap of Faith" is that I live in Texas and found the right car (the one I wanted) at the right price in Arizona. I received the price information on the internet and was contacted within 30 minutes by Matty M at Mark Kia Mitsubishi. I asked if they had the vehicle (on the lot) and what the price would be (out the door). I received an Email confirmation and flew to Arizona the very next morning. Literally within 24 hours from the first contact - I was driving home in my first brand new car. The price they quoted was the price I received. The dealership has a "view" feature on their website where you can actually see the vehicle, and my salesman was straight forward, he even picked me up at the airport. Buying my first new car turned out to be a pleasant experience. I would recommend.

They promise things that they never kept. After the sale they won't return phone calls, or try to make resolution to the problems that I've had

My kind of dealer

I've purchased 4 vehicles from Mark Mitsubishi in Scottsdale over the past 7 years and serviced those as well as another over the past 8. I feel they have treated me and my vehicles well, have had honest dealings both in repair and purchasing/trading. If I had any gripe, it would be the length of the offer process - takes me too long to get the price I want. But then... I expect a lot! All in all - have had pleasant dealings with them - sales, service and body shop.

Worst expereince in 50 plus years of car buying

Today I went with elderly parents to this dealership to buy an advertised car. The dealership wanted nearly a thousand more than their price on the internet, but it was a nice car so we entered negotiations. We were then subjected to numerous games and tricks, rather than receiving a straight forward answer to our offer. They took our trade-in car's title to copy the VIN, and we didn't notice the sales manager slipping the title into his pocket. After wasting nearly an hour of our time without once providing an actual counteroffer, we left. Later, when we realised that they had out car title, we went back and were treated very rudely. The manager told us that he had the title in his pocket, but he would not even pull it out when we requested it. He insisted on trying to talk us into overpaying for the car for several minutes. When we tried to leave, he followed us out to our car, saying that he could offer more for a trade-in and he took our car keys to give to his mechanic. 5 minutes later he had't returned and we nearly had to force him to give our keys back. He then chased us to the parking lot, saying that he could meet our desired price, but all trust was lost by then and we drove away from the worst car dealer experience in our parent's 50 plus years of buying cars.
