I will never recommend this place or buy from again. I went to look at the car with intention of taking the car home the sam day because that's how every other car purchase for me had been for me. Nope, not this place—did all the paper work and was told it would be a couple days before I could actually take the car home. Weird but okay. Why have it for sale if it wasn't ready?!?! That couple days turned into 3 weeks. My first payment was coming due and I didn't even have the car yet. After multiple calls to this place, they finally agreed to pay MORE than half of my first car payment -guess what? They only paid exactly half. When the manager told me he'd take care of me and pay for more than half of the first payment -but he didn't. I trusted what he said then came my check in the mail and it was for less than he said. Also, they try to shove the extended warranty down your throat. It was very uncomfortable how pressured I felt to get the extended warranty. Then my salesperson told me that's how the finance guy gets paid -if he sells an extended warranty. Lastly, I realized the electronic and theatre package items that had been in the car were never returned to me - wherever the car went for 3 weeks -they never returned those items. I rarely use my car as I work from home, went to look for the headphones, cables etc that used to be in there for the built in tv screens and it was gone. Called my salesperson, he said there is nothing they can do because I didn't notice within 1 to 2 days of picking up the car. Nothing you can do? How about order some replacement parts? I'm so frustrated and disappointed in this dealership. They clearly don't care about customer service.

Awesome dealership staff!

I bought a 2013 Mustang GT Convertible from this dealership, in the 5 cars I have bought from dealers this one beat them all by far, the negotations were easy and props to Brian Nelson and Jim Harre for working the deal with me, A month has gone by and I am beyond happy with my purchase, I never would have walked into the doors looking for a mustang at an infinity dealer if it wasnt for brians attitude on the phone which was very calm and collective as well as informative I never would have made the 45 minute drive to this dealer and they made it better because when I arrived and Brian was busy, Jim was there for me and never left me hanging, I couldnt beleive how fast I was in and out, even in finance, thanks to josh sellers I signed the papers and and was out faster then I ever have been before. I am a total car guy and really appreciate a good group of people as well. They did a great job.

Stellar service

Just recently leased a 2015 Q50 and absolutely love it. The sales team was great especially Amir. Amir answered ever question I had as well as graciously put up with me changing my mind a few times. I would recommend the Infiniti of Scottsdale experience to anyone.

The best deal

I was searching for a used G37 and started my shopping on line. I came across several cars that I felt like met my needs. I did go see 4 or 5 of them at different dealers. After an exhausting search, came across the perfect vehicle at Infiniti if Scottsdale. I walked in and was greeted almost simultaneously by Amir Zodj, the Sales Manager. The negotiations with Brian Nelson were smooth, never felt rushed or hurried to make a decision I was not ready to make. The final numbers were better than anywhere else in the valley! I now have owned my G37 for several months and could not be happier and confident in my purchase aswell as the vehicle itself. Everytime I have a question or stop by, they always answer throuroughly and promptly. Overall extremely satisphied with the purchase and the product. would reccomend this dealership to anyone I know!

Excellent Customer Service

I normally don't write reviews but had such a great experience and got a great deal that I had to go out of my way to do so. I started shopping for a Q50 about a month ago and visited all 4 stores in the valley. No other store came close to the customer service and figures that Infiniti of Scottsdale offered. I am a fan and will only buy my vehicles from here in the future. Thanks to Amir Zodj and his team.

Best car-buying experience ever as a single woman. I was looking at Acura and Lexus, but I loved the low-key, no pressure approach and emphasis on courtesy and customer service. Ask for David Gates if you stop in...he is very good at listening to what your needs are and finding the car that best suits your needs. He was also very flexible in working around my schedule, and I wasn't forced to sit through 2 hours of negotiating in a tiny office - ba da bing, ba da boom - we were done and everyone was happy. I love my QX70 !!!!!!!

Lack of Customer Service

After my initial 39-month vehicle lease began, I was contacted once by the sales department and invited to participate in their "Track Days" event. I participated and never received the photo taken by the photographer at the event nor did I ever receive another invitation to participate. Apparently, my sales representative left the dealership and I never again heard from the sales department until 5 or 6 months ago. As the end of my lease approached, Alex M (sales dept.) would leave me a voicemail every couple of weeks to discuss end-of-lease options. Whenever I called back, he was never available to take my call. My voicemails would go unanswered until his next end-of-lease template call. Eventually I stopped attempting to respond. This was followed about a month ago by a call from a Lee J (sales manager) on a Friday night. I returned his call on Saturday morning and was told he was on the floor and I could be transferred to his voicemail. I advised the receptionist of what had transpired with my previous interaction with Alex and she attempted to page Lee to the phone. I was told he did not respond to the page, but she (receptionist) would give my call-back information to him as soon as he came back in the door. You guessed it, no call-back. After a full week went by without a follow-up from either Alex or Lee, I decided I'd had enough of this dealership. I contacted Coulter Infiniti and left a message for the finance manager regarding my end-of-lease plans. He returned my call within 15 minutes and I'm all set with an appointment to handle my end-of-lease paperwork. I'm disgusted by the lack of follow-through by the sales department at Infiniti of Scottsdale. While the service department is top-notch and treats their customers like family, the sales department has an immediate benefit mindset which does not work well to secure repeat business. I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot, but I also don't expect to be dismissed. I will never again cross the threshold of I.O.S.

Do your homework and buy here..

Everyone has to do your homework before buying a car, new or used. If you are prepared and have the true values of a vehicle, you will get a good price and good treatment here. All salesmen will work the customer, if you let them. (HOMEWORK) ...I received a good car and treatment from this dealer. Purchased 5 Infiniti's. Best advice I can give in buying a car / any car, is to get the OTD price. Out The Door (pricing). This cuts to the chase and will save you in the long run....Service is always good here..you pay the Infiniti price, but it is good here. Look at the Infiniti competitors pricing and they will honor that coupon.....Call before servicing or repair and you will get a loaner...You also receive a assigned service consultant. If you are fair / they will be fair.. There is plenty of automobile competition out there, The Infiniti line has a good car feel and great value for your luxury vehicle market buyer. Service is their motto - I have faxed Tokyo and you will get personal service and answers..C A Skinner___owner of an M........This dealership is the biggest Infiniti dealership in town / valley...I live 2 miles from them.

Very nice, to the point

I don't like the run around at normal car dealers and Infiniti Scottsdale didn't give that too me. I knew what I wanted and they didn't haggle with me too badly with all the extras and push me into something else. It was a very enjoyable experience

Will never work with Van Tuyl

Bought an Infiniti at this dealership and of course everyone was super nice while they were trying to get my money. They even had one of the salesmen drive to my house behind me to get the check for my down payment just so I could drive my car home and not have to go all the way back. That was where the good service stopped. I was scheduled to go in so they could fix my trunk. It would not open. TWICE I scheduled appointments and both times they said that they had no record of it. When I finally got in to have it fixed over a month later, I was REFUSED a ride home. They said that the concierge service would not go out more then 10 miles and they would not let me have a rental car. They said the wait for my car would be around 7 hrs and that I was "welcome to wait". While I was waiting I spoke with several employees of Nissan all coming with excuses as to why they were not responsible for fixing my car after I was promised by the dealer that they would. When I brought that up to them they flat out called me a liar. In the end I waited 4 hrs in the waiting room, and had to find my own way home. Before I left I had asked them how much longer it would be for my car, they gave me a time of 3 hrs minimum. So I left... not even an hour later my car was done. I wasted the entire day at the dealership lost about $100 for the taxi taking me back and forth and not everything on my car was fixed. It was a horrible experience to say the least. I will never go back to this dealership or do any kind of business with the Van Tuyl group.

Great experience buying my car!

This was my 2nd purchase from Infiniti of Scottsdale (this time a pre-owned Nissan Maxima) and this was the 4th overall purchase from my family (as my parents also buy their cars here). As with any visit I have EVER made to the dealership, this was an extremely pleasant experience. It's so nice and refreshing to be able to know what you are paying, why and receive the quality of vehicle and service that exceeds your expectations. Kudos to Ken Schatzberg (the GM) and his entire staff! Kudos also go to the Used Car Manager, Kris. Kris and Ken found the perfect car for me and my needs and connected me with an outstanding sales associate. Even those not working with me took time to make me comfortable, take interest in my vehicle purchase and share some positive thoughts. Buying a car from Infiniti of Scottsdale is more like picking up a car from a friend. My sales consultant made me feel at ease through the entire process, showing me he understood that selecting and buying a car is a BIG decision. I really feel like he not only understood my state of mind, but respected it as well. When it came time to complete my paperwork, the Finance Manager (Courtney) was outstanding. Quick, courteous and professional. My total time at this dealership was and hour and half, but it all felt like 10 min. They overcommicate (in a good way) ensure you understand the process, and go out of their way to make it a comfortable and expedient process!

These guys are great. They really pay a lot of attention to their current and prospective customers! They go the extra mile to make sure you have everything the way you like it. They also provide unique opportunities to their customers to try new things like their IOS Trackdays, previewing new cars, helping you get the MOST enjoyment out of your purchase! I've been lucky enough to work with higher-end dealerships my whole life, and these gus have still been able to impress the heck out of me! I can't recommend them enough!

Infiniti of Scottsdale practices consumer fraud! Avoid this dealership!

I have an eighteen page consumer statement, as well as my service receipts, contracts, and all other corresponding information if anyone is interested in hearing more about my claim below. I will give you more details if you email me at [violative content deleted]. In short, what this dealership did to me can be titled as consumer fraud. At this moment I am working with the Better Business Bureau, as well as the Attorney General, in a dispute against the Infiniti of Scottsdale. The following is just a brief description of the main problems I experienced with my transaction with this dealership: My car, which Infiniti of Scottsdale attested had a perfect pre-owned inspection report, began overheating as I left the dealership the night of purchase. Despite this, they refused to do anything for my situation but have my car reinspected when I brought it back the very next day. On this same day, their finance manager, Courtney Mutema, told me she had found me a lower interest rate and asked me to come back and sign the papers with the new deal; she clearly stated that no other changes had been made to the contract besides the lowered interest rate. However, at this time she made several fraudulent additions to the contract, which ultimatley made the drop in my interest rate virtually negligible. Here, they also changed the warranty plan I purchased. I purchased the highest protection coverage that Quality Guard Protection Plus offered for $3099. I was told, and shown in brochures, that it would cover everything besides "brakes and windshield wipers," (i.e., excluded a few wear and tear items from coverage). However, when they were supposed to be just lowering my interest rate, they changed the company who held my warranty to Maintenance Protection Plan and lowered my level of coverage, without lowering the price of the warranty also. Although I returned my car the very next day after I purchased it to have it serviced, I did not get word that it was ready until ten days later. The inspection report that was conducted came back noting that the engine oil level was very low and one of the C.V. boots were torn. However, despite my protests, Infiniti of Scottsdale still refused to do anything for my situation besides pay for an oil change and the cost of the inspection. Later I learned that, during this period of time, this dealership put over 600 miles on my car while it was overheating, before bringing it in to the inspection department; all so that I could not return the car under the used "rights of recession." To this day I have put over $4,000 into service parts/labor for my vehicle that should have been covered under warranty. In short, my $3099 warranty has yet to cover anything besides the replacement of the transmission ($2600), even though the malfunctions that this vehicle has are numerous, inherent, costly, and pose a safety threat. At this moment my check engine light is on again and Infiniti of Scottsdale still refuses to make the repairs that should be covered under my warranty. If I can give you any advice at all from my experience it is to avoid this dealership at all costs. This dealership does have a great selection of cars, but it isn't worth it. Go somewhere else, or at least make sure to only buy a certified vehicle from them with a manufacturer's warranty. Also, read every little detail of your contract before signing it! If you initially run into any issues with the vehicle you purchased from them, do not take their word for anything. Good choice of dealer

My wife and I purchased a G35 coupe from IOS. From start to finish, an enjoyable experience. The salesman hung in with us while we explored all available options, cars on the lot and test driving several. This process took 6 hours. Finally drove away in a slate blue car. Should have had the XM radio installed at time of purchase. Added XM a few months later at a greater cost.

Excellent sales and service from Infiniti of Scottsdale

I purchased a new 2007 G35 6MT coupe from Infiniti of Scottsdale in July, 2007. I traded in my 2000 BMW Z3 convertible. Dennis Lowry, the sales representative, did an excellent job in working with me. He is a retired USAF pilot (ask to see his photos) and I appreciated his personable and no-nonsense handling of my sale including my trade. He was knowledgeable about the G and unobtrusive on the test ride. I arrived at the dealership with the sole intention of picking up a sales brochure for the 2008 G37 coupeI was out the door in less than three hours with my brand new G35. Buying a new car is a lot of work, and never fun, but this was the best car buying experience I ever had.
