We were lied to by three different sales and sales managers when shopping for a Volvo XC60. We were looking for a feature and asked Ricky (who was new) to verify with the manager if this feature exists. He came back after talking to his boss and said yes. We found out later that this fearture doe not exists. There's was no need to lie to a customer. If the vehicle doesnt have a feature dont lie about it. We were working with Ricky and called to make another appointment with him. We were told he would be in the afternoon. But then got confirmation that we had an appointment with someone else. We also go emails from other sales reps. We thought this was suspicious. So we called back to make sure we would have an appointment with Ricky. They said yes. When we got to the dealership and asked for Ricky the receptionist said that Ricky was no longer there. Calvyn Clatanoff approached us and said he would help us and re affirmed that Ricky was no longer there. So I said that it looks like Courtesy Volvo has lied to us three this about Ricky. It's none of our business if Ricky is there or not but they didn't have to lie about it. I don't feel comfortable working with anyone at this dealership after this. Go somewhere else.

Their price does not include a $1800 add on which they force on the customer. The cost for certifying a vehicle is passed on to the customer plus some other costs which the previous owner paid. So add $1800 to the price what you see and that shifts the price graph and your buying experience. I do not trust their CPO process. For a CPO'd car, i discovered shortcomings in two cars which were were accepted by the dealership but they did not want to do anything about it. Unless you ask, they wont show you the Out the door price...They would keep playing around with the monthly installments and trying to fiddle with that. You get a feel that there is lots being hidden. Certainly the worst of the dealerships on Volvo here in Phoenix. Volvo should probably do surprise checks on them else their brand is going to take the brunt.

Jason was able to show me all the features on my S90. No pressure to buy which was nice. Negotiations were fair and were able to get the deal done for me. Paperwork was fast and efficient. Frank helped close the deal and I really loved his follow up. Drew was a great person to discuss my financing with and also someone who helped me understand the CPO process. I am happy to not worry about any issues with my car for the next 7 years. Great piece of mind. Very hospitable team!!!

Amazing service

Courtesy Volvo lives up to its name and more. We contacted them via text about a car for our son and from the start they were amazing. Chris Jones responded almost instantly and answered all of our questions, including providing the CarFax before we made the trip from the West Valley an hour before they closed. He had the car we were interested in waiting up front when we arrived and answered even more questions my husband as they went on a test drive with my son. The dealership itself is absolutely beautiful, and what a warm and welcoming greeting from the lovely woman as soon as you walk inside. Chris stayed late, and even helped us with our insurance company. Tom in finance was friendly and took the time to explained everything clearly for our son even though I’m sure he wanted to get home to his new baby. Thanks to Chris, our son was able to drive home his dream car. We will definitely be back the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

If you want a classic car buying experience that includes the cliche' sales experience, Courtesy is for you. The internet price was not even close to the actual even when accounting for taxes, doc fees. The salesmen, and I mean that as strongly as I can say it, did all of the classic salesman crap that we have come to hate. I could have actually put up with that but outright FALSE ADVERTISING should not be tolerated. Do not trust these people. I have no idea what actually completing a purchase there is like and never will. They showed their true colors up front, how could you trust them with the rest of the process? But hey they are "family owned" as they are very fond of saying. Not a family I want to be part of. Buyer beware!

I purchased a 2006 h2 on Line spent almost 20 thousand and when I received the vehicle it was a disgusting purchase. 8 dents was never told about interior seat was dyed and cracked please avoid all internet sales with this dealer ship they are about taking money pretty disappointed but chance you take shopping on line

Worked with Scott, he was efficient, didn't waste my time, and was very polite. Finance guys weren't pushy either and made the whole transaction really nice. They even fixed a part of my used car that had come off as a bonus. One of the best dealership experiences that I've had so far.

"Best car buying experience I've ever had"

I don't write reviews, but... I need to say tho that Robbie made my experience great. We werent planning on buying a new vehicle, but my fiance got a great job 4 hrs away and we needed something fast. Like this weekend fast with no notice so I was already pretty stressed going in. However, Im happy to say the process was painless! I never felt pressured for addons and I got exactly what I had set my heart on despite a few unexpected circumdtsances :) The car i was scheduled to see on Saturday morning was unexpectedly sold late the night prior so I was bummed knowing I wanted my Volt fully loaded, but Robbie was able to get me exactly what I was looking for shipped in from Cali. I had to get a rental for a couple days, but when shipment was delayed he offered to reimburse me the cost and even picked me up at the Entetptrise. We were even offered a gift card for dinner for the long wait on a Saturday. It was Truly a great experience and when we are ready to trade in we know exactly where we are going. We definitely reccomend Robbie and Jeremy. They are super easy to talk to, pleasant people. And they made a generally not so fun experience a pleasure. Couldnt be happier with the way things turned out. Thanks guys! x:)

An actual enjoyable experience

I had one day to shop and 5 dealerships to visit. I applied online the night before with Courtesy Volvo in Scottsdale and Scott Ogdie called me the next morning. I told him my credit situation, what I had to put down, my payment range, and if he could get me approved over the phone I'd make the trip to see him. He called me back within 30 minutes and assured me I could get the car. Scott did the majority of the work before I even got there. I was at the dealership maybe and hour and a half. I'm glad I met Scott Ogdie, he's personable, quick and very knowledgeable . But more important is that he listens and actually does what is best for the buyer. The car was out front waiting for me. After driving it Scott had it detailed while the finance manger worked my deal while I relaxed in probably the most comfortable showroom lobby I've ever been in. Then I finished up with the finance manger Jason Moroso who was the most personable person in that position I have ever met. He was relatable and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Then I drove away in what people think is a new car when in fact it's a 2014 with an amazing warranty and all the security that comes with a GM vehicle. Courtesy Volvo is part of the Courtesy Automotive Group and there is a lot peace in dealing with that brand. They have an amazing inventory of preowned vehicles that overshadows other dealerships.
