Buying a car has never been fun for anyone. That was until I was referred to Autowits. They were very attentive, friendly, and was the fasted car purchase I have ever had. Everyone in at the company that we came in contact with was so kind and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend for anyone out there looking to purchase a car to go here.

Best car purchasing experience ever!

I am very picky and was looking for a very specific car (miles, price, color, options, history, etc). Autowits advertised the car I was looking for, even though I am located in another state, I decided it was worth it to fly there to pick up the car. I called and spoke with Joey, who is awesome. His follow up on all my requests was prompt, even texting when the business was closed! We reached a deal quickly and easily (zero pressure). I was awaiting for the car to be delivered to their location as it was still being transported. The day the car arrived, Joey texted and said it got damaged in transport. I was very bummed to say the least. Joey offered to find a duplicate car, which since I'm so picky, I figured would be a near impossible task. Since I had nothing to lose, I gave him my criteria. Thinking he had a 5% chance of success, I didn't expect to hear from him. Two days later he called and found the car! I couldn't believe it, it was everything I wanted and actually had a few nice extras. Even though we had never met, Joey took the risk to purchase the car on my behalf..... Well I just returned from picking up the car. Super smooth transaction! Car is Awesome! Next time I'm in the market for a car, I just going to tell Joey what I want and let him find me the perfect car.

A Surpisingly Pleasant Car Buying Experience

I had an excellent car buying experience this past weekend. After shopping around at several other dealerships, I was sick and tired of people trying to sell me something I didn't want and then haggling over prices, or talking to my husband instead of speaking with me (I was the one buying the car but everyone else just assumed he was buying it for me). I went to Autowits expecting a similar experience, but instead I was pleasantly surprised. Joey G has a no-BS approach, he spoke directly with me, he gave me all the documentation on the vehicle I was looking at upfront, he let me take it for a test drive and didn't even "babysit" me when we took it out. Then when I told him I wanted to buy it, he collected my information and then completed all the paperwork for me while I ran other errands. When I came back, he answered all my questions, had everything signature-ready and had me in and out in under 20 minutes with my new vehicle. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat!

I had such an immediate and thorough response from Joey- The Porsche Macan was exactly as promised and as shown online. I saw it online- checked reviews, obtained all the info I needed- Arranged payment and flew out to pick it up and drove it home! Could Not Be Happier!

This dealership was top notch! Oscar was very good at communication and setting up a time for me to come take a look at the inventory. Joey went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Autowits (Joey in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new car.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience buying the car from AutoWits. Frank did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable with my choice of the vehicle, and got me a good APR on the car financing. He followed up on a few small things I wanted done to the car and also was flexible on the timelines due to my travel. This established a trust for Frank during the process. He treats everyone fairly and takes personal pride providing excellent customer service. I am very happy with the experience and will recommend them to people I know. I am planning to bring the car to Autowits for maintenance and any future repair needs. Thank you, Frank!

From the get go of walking in the place was professional. We were greeted by Joey with a handshake and got straight to the point thinking he was just another salesmen but he was anything but. He went with my lead and didnt hassle me one bit. We got straight to the point and within 2hrs all together I was out of there with my new vehicle! Thank you joey for the best experience in car shopping ever! If your serious about buying a vehicle and like honestly go see these guys at autowits!

Left me high and dry after the sale

Autowits knowing sold me a vehicle with a major flaw that they did not disclose to me. I have proof they knew about it and they said nothing about it. Instead I have been left with a $3,500+ expense. I am currently taking them to court because Frank, the owner refuses to reply to any emails or registered letter. I simply wanted them to cover a fraction of the cost and have been ignored. They will leave you high and dry if they can get away with it. I will not let them get away with it. Heading back to AZ to take them to court.

We had a great experience purchasing a Toyota Camry from Autowits. They did not pressure us on any sales and were very helpful with providing information about the vehicle. This is not your average car dealer with cheesy salesman. Joey at Autowits helped make the experience simple and pleasant. I highly recommend taking a look at their inventory if in need of a vehicle.

Purchasing Experience at Autowits

The purchasing experience was very easy and well done but follow up customer service after the sell was horrible. They sent in my payoff for my trade over a month late so I had another car payment come out and thankfully I had automatic payment set up or this could have hurt my credit rating as well. Contacted them 3/30/17 to inform them of the situation and gave them all the details as to what they owed me and got a response quickly letting me know it would be fixed that month. Nearly a month goes by and I hear nothing nor have nothing so I emailed again and got no response so I decided to give them till end of April to get me the check they owed before I went down there in person. Check finally came in last week of April but they shorted me $139.13 on the amount owed. I didnt contact them about the lesser amount since I know they didn't care to begin with, so I wrote it off as lesson learned and I had to pay for their mistakes.

WORST TREATMENT OF A PERSON BY DEALER EMPLOYEE

I came in to test drive a few cars that me and signifcant other had zeroed in and wanted to see. The old and bitter man helped us and using the word help is a stretch, he was obviously in a bad mood or hates his job or life entirely. He was rushing to ask me questions as if I had never bought a car before and if I was not qualified. He even had the odasity to tell me that he didn't want to sell me a car. I have no idea how Autowits has so many good reviews? Maybe there fake? If they have this horribly mean and inconsiderate jerk working there I don't know how they sell anything! They had no cars in their showroom and they didn't have a lot of cars on their lot. They probably are going out of business very soon and I can obviously see why. I also checked them out on the better business bureau and have had bad reputation there, Not surprised. Stay away from this toxic place. Went to down to certified benz and Beamer down the street and was treated with the atmost respect and bought two new cars, one for me and my partner.

We live in rural Colorado so we need to rely on internet shopping for vehicles. We found the perfect 4Runner at Autowits via Car Gurus. I made the phone call and spoke with Joey. There was an instant sense of professionalism that you don't usually get over the phone. He had me approved in under 15 minutes and with a good APR. He FedEx'd me the PPW, signed it, sent it back so my wife could pick up the car on a Saturday. The vehicle was slightly different from what Car Gurus advertised and we raised the concerns. Joey was completely understanding, pulled some strings and made us a sweet deal to make it right even though it wasn't Autowits fault. Everything went as smooth as possible and my wife was driving away in her much deserved 4Runner in no time! Truly a fantastic experience. Oh, and we got the vehicle for 4K under blue book! I would STRONGLY recommend shopping at Autowits and the next time I'm looking for a vehicle, I would gladly drive the 7 hours to get there just to know I'm going to be treated with the respect Joey showed me and my wife. Good job Autowits!!

I never thought you could buy a car in less than 2 hours AND be treated with respect. Joey is amazing and so is Frank. Professional people who know what they're doing without all the crap that most people associate with buying a car. I bought exactly what I wanted and I am more than pleased. I read all of the reviews for Autowits and thought I would give it a try since I was having no luck at any other dealerships. Krystal and I both arrived last Saturday. We were able to walk around, take our time to look at each of the vehicles without someone immediately trying to approach us the minute we arrived. This was unlike every other dealership that we have been to but noticed it right away. Secondly, when approached by Frank after walking into the building and I requested to look at the 2013 Volswagon Passat that I was interested in. He handed me the keys and we proceeded to check the vehicle without any pressure or anyone around us. This was awesome to get a good look at the vehicle so we could talk about the purchase if I made one. Just remember that we were just browsing, It was raining heavily and I wasn't even going to make a decision that day, so I thought. Either way, on the plus side, we got to to take a detailed look at the vehicle and I was able to take my time. I spoke to Frank and he asked if we would like to take the vehicle for a test drive. I hesitated at first but made a decision to so Frank handed me the temporary license plate and the keys. We got to drive the vehicle with just us two in it, without the pressure or someone sitting next to you nagging about how great the car is. Krystal and I were both happy with the customer service and I couldn't believe the reviews were that accurate. Anyways, I told Frank that I was just looking and that I was going to check out other places, which we did. We started having bad experences again and felt like we were not going to find anything because I spent a while checking vehicles out all over the city, so we both agreed to check out the vehicle again the next day. Sunday Frank wasn't there but the woman at the front desk was also nice and very helpful. We test drove the vehicle again and felt a postive experience and still we had not even purchased a vehicle yet. I ultimately decided to the bank on Tuesday, because monday of course was President's Day. In the end, I made the purchase from Autowits without regret. Frank not only worked with us and exceeded all expectations but I couldn't believe how everyone who worked there treated us with care. I am 36 years old and I never had this type of experience or satisfaction of making a purchase on any vehicle in my life, especially when I know that I am very picky and cautious when it comes to spending money or when investing in a vehicle. I do fully recommend this establishment for purchasing a vehicle to my freinds or family. I would not go anywhere else after having this type of experience and I definetly would make a purchase from him again which we both agreed that it was not dissapointing to us at all. I just want to shout out a big THANK YOU to Frank! for the awesome experience.

Buying from Auto Wits was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Thanks to Frank and his team, I was able to get a car I was turned down for multiple times before. On top of that, trading in my truck was easy and they offered me a fair price. I drove 8 hours to get the car and drive it back. It was well worth the trip and I would go out of my way to buy another vehicle there again. Thanks again!!!

My girlfriend wanted a used Lexus IS and after seeing a few at other dealers and going through the sales game we were exhausted. We saw the AutoWits ad and the price was very good but didn't really want to drive to Scottsdale from Peoria. After being unfairly judged (we dress very relaxed and drive a 15 year old camry) at Bell Lexus we decided to make the drive to AutoWits to see the car that was priced a little less than the others we had wanted. Boy where we very pleasantly surprised! We were not immediately pounced on by a sales pack. We looked and browsed for a few mins and the Joe, Assistant General Manager came out and was quick to greet us and assist us. Being that we had already knew what we wanted and had driven other cars before we knew we wanted the IS. Joe offered us a test drive alone to get a feel for the car but seeing it in person and reading the carfax history and based on their reviews I knew and felt comfortable that this was the place. We went in to his office and did a quick credit application. He called his banker and got me 3.99% when my fico score was only a 648, which was AMAZING! Bell Lexus wanted to charge us almost 10%. We felt so at east and welcomed and there was never any pressure. He even offered to let us go home and research the deal and make sure are were 100% satisified and ready. After talking to my girlfriend we both agreed to do the deal. Literally we were done in 25 mins after saying yes. We spent just a little over an hour there and we couldn't be happier. I highly reccomend AutoWits to anyone for anything. I will get my car serviced there too, they even included free oil changes! Man these guys maybe small and not have a big staff but treat you like they care, and it's because they do! They want to live up to their reputation. All the reviews you see out there are word for word true, just as the sky is blue. Definitely see Joe, he will truly help you and make you feel comfortable. Kudos to the AutoWits team you guys rock!!!

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. Frank the owner really has the customers best interest when helping buy a new car (a stressful process in itself). Joey will bend over backwards and jump through hoops to help you get the car and best financing possible for you. These guys make you feel like family. I will never buy a car from another dealership. My growing family caused me and my wife to get a new used minivan. The whole car buying process was stressful enough, until I went to AutoWits. Seeing their reviews and fair pricing I was a little anxious to see if they lived up to their reviews. It was easy and pleasantly surprising! Joey had listened to what we wanted and needed and gave us all the information we wanted WITHOUT all the hype and pressure. He was friendly and assisted us from start to finish. He got us better financing then our own bank had pre approved us for. The van is amazing and our whole family loves it. It all worked out and my wife couldn't be happier. These guys are true up front professionals and do it without all the hype. They were fast too! We were there for less than 2 hours and still can't believe how great we were treated and how easy they made it. I DEFINITELY reccomond Joey and AutoWits. You won't be disappointed.
