You won’t find a better Used Auto Dealer in Phoenix, let alone, Arizona. This family-owned dealership is not only immaculate, but the service is just as flawless. Mr. Reed and his family are incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable with EVERY SINGLE one of their cars. On top of that, they offered to cover the vehicle for the first 500 miles or 15 days. Shout out to Heber for an amazing test drive companion. If you want to support black-owned business while getting yourself a new (used) vehicle, you need to check out Reed Motors.

We took our son here to get his first car! The staff amd Mr. Reed were friendly, helpful and not Aggressive! We picked out our sons car a Hyundai Sonata and Mr. Reed even sent the car to have it examined and cleared before we bought it! Thank you ALL our son is safe in an AMAZING car thanks to you! A Family Business

This is not your usual used car dealership. It is like an old time family business, when people were a lot nicer. No slick salesmen, no pressure to push you into buying their vehicles. I found a nice low mileage Toyota that was clean inside and out. The car was waxed and ready to drive anywhere. Very nice people to make a deal with. If they have the model vehicle you are looking for, be sure to check them out.

The experience we had here was fantastic! The Reed family were so welcoming and NOT pushy at all. They let us look around on our own and if we had questions we'd wave them down. We felt not rushed and very comfortable! Duriig the sale Anthony Reed was very nice and very forthcoming on all questions we asked. The process was very comfortable with no stress. He saw that there was a recall on our vehicle through Carfax and immediately sent the car to Toyota and got it fixed! He filled up our car with gas and sent a locksmith to our home after we left because we asked him if there was an extra key on the vehicle . He sent him at his expense. The whole family was fantastic and so, so sweet! I would go back if I need another vehicle!

HORRIBLE

In the midst of finalizing my loan documents with my bank I received an email stating the car was no longer available. Two hours after receiving an email with the negotiated price Anthony Reed sold the car out from under me. Extremely poor business practices. I would not trust these people.

I went on line and looked at different dealers and even on Craigslist trying to find a car that would get good gas mileage. I came across REED MOTORS and I had a good idea I wanted a Chevy HHR because of the gas mileage, I found a GEM at Reeds Motors. I made a offer on line and Mr.Reed said yes, I applied through my Credit Union, well the next day the Credit Union approved me and after everything was said and done I drove 4 hours to buy the car. Yep I had not drove it or even looked at it other then on line, my GEM had low miles and at a GREAT price ! I drove it around and bought it ! I then drove another 4 hours home and it drive really nice and the gas mileage is GREAT ! not even a 1/2 tank (16.2 gal tank), that's 218.5 miles, not bad at all. Just to let you know I was treated really good and fair ! The whole Reed family were very nice and helpful ! I wiil and have told others about Reed Motors ! Thank You Reed Family !!

2013 Fiat

We bought a 2013 Fiat about a month and half ago at it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. No pressure, great prices, great selection and they provided as much information as we asked for. It was also one of the fastest car buying interactions we have ever had. They showed us everything up front. No haggling. Just great prices, kind people and best car purchase experience we have ever had. We will go here first when we need to buy another vehicle.

3 Daughters in Need of 3 Cars!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had! I was in need of finding 3 cars for my daughters (+2 Grand babies) and set out to spend a day or 2 in looking at multiple car dealers. Reed Motors was our first stop and my girls found 3 must have cars immediately, I believe in shopping around for the best value, quality and price for a vehicle so we continued to look that day, just to end up back where we started. Reed Motors put the many other pressuring, over priced, lower quality dealers to shame!! Reed Motors from the start to end of the experience were amazing! Family owned business and they make you feel like part of the family through out the experience. They were all so great and so friendly that they made us feel very comfortable and did not pressure us to make a decision with any Sales Pitches. Anthony, his Wife and Son are amazing people, who made our entire experience enjoyable. Reed Motors is a business that is truly A1/Top Shelf! I have bought many cars both new and used through the years, and Reed Motors took the experience to a whole new level of Professionalism and Customer Experience! My 3 girls are thrilled with their purchases. Great Quality & Great priced Cars with Reed Motors and they stand behind their vehicles. I will with confidence and high regard refer all looking to buy a vehicle.
