Dream Vehicle

Real friendly… not sure if there was total honesty. Several things not working. That wouldn’t pass inspection, The horn, nor The E-Brake are functional. And a leak when we arrived home. Not sure till we get it checked. Did enjoy the people. Ray was very good at keeping his word on getting us a lower interest rate. G was nice,Marcus very nice & humorous. Not sure if I would recommend this dealership though.

Don't buy an extended warranty from RED SHIELD

I purchased a Maserati from this deal over a year ago and the purchase process was great but as with most things the experience after you leave is the gotcha. First every 5 star review you see on this site was purchased by the dealer. They provide free oil changes if you write a 5 star review so that is why you see so many 5 star reviews. When I bought my car I was offered a 3rd party warranty from Red Shield and was told how wonderful this company is to work with and that this dealer has never had a problem with them doing repairs and somebody from the company was actually onsite that day. This wasn't true at all. The warranty company Red Shield is TERRIBLE to work with. They have denied every repair and my car is now not safe to drive but they still won't authorize a repair. Steve and crew at this dealer flat out lied to me and anyone else they have sold this warranty to and lying to customers to make an extra dollar is exactly what you don't want when purchasing a car. This is the only real review on the edmunds site buyer beware.

Updating Earlier Review

Earlier I left a positive review for this dealership. Now, I will start by stating there are some decent people there who try and help and are courteous. However, that does not go for everyone there. Their service manager is an example. Initially, I bought the vehicle and they replaced the brakes and a few other things. I was happy there were taking those steps and left them a positive review. Today is 2/24/2020. I have had my vehicle a total of 5 days since buying on 1/15/2020 and it has had issues ever since. They told me they would fix them. They fixed the smaller issues but the truck had to be returned multiple times for the cooling system issue. Eventually, they even had to send this to another mechanic to fix because that same problem kept re-emerging. That mechanic fixed that issue but now even more are presenting themselves. This is going to take thousands of dollars to fix now. After having another 2 mechanics and 2 tire shops look at the vehicle. I now need to spend 1800 just for new tires, the reduced engine power light keeps coming on even after the cooling system issue is fixed, they document nothing in service. They buy junk vehicles, make cosmetic fixes in their ASE service shop and don't report that to carfax, then sell vehicles that they know have issues. They claim to do full vehicle inspections but I do not believe that. Get past the AZ 15 day lemon law and they are in the clear. Stay away from here. They are friendly in sales and some of the service people but they sell junk and they know it. They will help with small things but never give you the true problems so you will have to spend thousands to fix those issues. This part was my fault but it's still deceptive. I didn't thoroughly check the contract when signing. It was listed at $13,800 but the contract they wrote was for $15,988. Nothing was ever said about, "Cash Price," so don't believe that nonsense. Again, they have some nice people there that really want to help. Elizabeth has been helpful, I believe Jesse is another persons name has been helpful. Robert has been helpful but at the end of the day it doesn't matter. They sold crap and they knew it. They offered to fix something and couldn't. There are and were other issues and they were never mentioned or weren't known about because they didn't perform the inspections they claimed they did. I will never refer anyone here. Had it been the original brake issue and done? PERFECT! I would recommend everyone come here. However, the more I learn about their business practices is shameful. If I could, I would tell them to buy out the contract and just walk away. I would even settle for them fixing it but I have no faith they can fix the other problems with it. Now I have to find thousands of dollars which I don't have just lying around to get a functional vehicle that I assumed would be in good working order. Hence, that's why I went to a dealership and not private party. Stay away, this place will give you more headaches, grief and anger than anything. I wish I could take back the initial reviews for them but I can't so I can only update here. What a nightmare. If you buy from here (Which is suggest not doing), make sure you have an extra 10K lying around to cover the cost you will have in the future. Now I will go to other mechanics and get in debt just to have a working vehicle. Think about that. I bought from a dealership and that wasn't good enough. What a nightmare.

All-Day

I took my vehicle back into their ASE mechanics to fix my TPMS, Check engine lights and even radio. They told me it would be an all day process and offered to take me home and pick me back up when complete. I stayed and worked remote that day. They were constantly checking if there was anything I needed, giving me updates and made sure they even had multiple staff members stay late to get it completed that day. I really appreciated their service and willingness to go above and beyond.

Great Sales Process

I went in looking at an F-350 diesel that was priced wonderfully low for a diesel in it's condition (which was great!) The sales staff was extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole process. They were unique in giving the good and bad of the vehicle with no surprises but even better, they committed (in paper) to fixing those bad points before I even signed a contract. They also wouldn't let me take the vehicle right away because it needed to get the brakes fixed. They would not let it leave the dealership without ensuring the vehicle was safe. I was irritated because I wanted it immediately but they would not let it off their lot in that condition putting safety above all. That was refreshing. For the other fixes that needed to occur, they worked around my schedule to make sure those could be done in a timely manner. Their sales, accounting and service department personnel have all been wonderful, accommodating and pleasant. I would suggest buying your next vehicle here as you will get no hassle, stress or lies.

True professional experience

Thank you for a great experience from the start. From the first contact to the final signature all was easy and professional. I owned a truck and a travel trailer and was challenged with selling the travel trailer and truck, before I could make any purchase. They were patient and not pushy at all. Steve, the manager, offered to sell my travel trailer at no cost to me just to help me out and get me into a vehicle that made more sense for my family. Jim, salesman, even drove and sat through traffic to retrieve a vehicle for me to compare. Jim has been the best salesman I have ever had... better then Audi and BMW dealerships hands down. Ray made the financial paperwork quick, easy, and non pressured. I loved that. I bought a great car and had a great experience. Simple as that. Thanks guys!!

Steve and the crew

After a few weeks of research on yukon and tahoes that my wife and I were intrested in, we came across a yukon at this dealership and talked to Steve about the details, and information about it. He didnt pressure me into rushing up there to look, since we live about 4 hours away. We went up for a family day and decided if we had time to swing by we would look and check it out in person. We liked the vecchile alot, but were not not rushing to buy. I would have to say we were definitely sold on the custom service and how laid back and how they made you feel at home. That's what made us decide to do business with this particular dealership. The guys were cool and showed alot of respect. Definitely will recommend to my small town friends and family. Tahtnks alot guys. Go buy from luxury motorsports you will not be disappointed.

Didn't get the vehicle

Through various emails with sale rep Steve I was offered a total price of a vehicle . Then when i agreed to the price via email i was told things had change and now the prce was a couple of thousand more. So when i questioned that and requested them to honor the price i had been quoted . I was told "ok you win we will honor that price" . So i told them to send me a purchase order to give to my lender to get the funds. Then when the purchase order was sent it again was way higher than agreed. So again i questioned this and was told " sorry i will fix it and get it to you". Did not get a Purchase order. Insread i got an email that said "sorry we sold it". So when i questioned how this could be as i was waiting on there info to get this bought. I was told that I could have pulled the trigger at any time. Now obviously we had a deal and if i had been told at any point to put a deposit or something to hold it i would have . But, they did not. I have all the emails documented and would love for someone to make this right. The sales would not do so. Please Beware of this dealer. I feel that they pulled the deal in order to get out of our agreement. If i could give no stars i would.

Bigger is not always better.

The guys over at Luxury Motorsports treated me like royalty and made me feel like I was luxury! I was recently in the market to replace my 2017 Dodge Challenger T/A that has the “big dog” 392 Hemi in it. I was very fond of my T/A but had to part with it due to the purchase of a new home. There are still a few 2018’s T/A’s on lots, scattered around, that I was able to locate on Car Gurus. During my search, I came across Luxury Motorsports for the first time. I really wanted to replace my first Dodge Challenger, but the ones that are still available, many of the dealerships where not will to negotiate or budge on pricing and which would explain why their inventory has been sitting for 200+ days. I found my perfect T/A but unfortunate for them (the dealerships) it was the same price I could get a used Hellcat for. I then changed my search parameters and then steps Luxury. I passed by LMS a few times during my search and kept getting a good feeling about them so I decided to give them a call about a 2017 Hellcat that looked exactly like the T/A’s that I had been searching. The best part about the Hellcat is that it came standard with the items that were optional in the other cars and with 222 more horsepower to boot. From the beginning to the end of the deal, the guys at Luxury treated me like a celebrity and with class. We talked about pricing—over the phone—and came to an agreement on the Hellcat. To show me how serious they were about earning my business, they actually flew me out from Vegas to their dealership (now how many Chrysler, Ford, or GM dealers will do that!?). When I got in town they picked me up from the airport and once at the office they offered me more than just a bottle of water or coffee, they even offered me breakfast of my choice! I’m now well beyond your typical service for a car deal. Needless to say, I closed on the Hellcat and I am “Completely Satisfied” with the way the entire staff treated me! This is not your super large dealership that some may even call it a “mom & pop” store but I beg to differ. I think it’s their very size that made my deal go so well and the fact that they were able to do what the lager lots won’t do; bigger is not always better! I cannot brag about how well these guys treated me on my deal for the Hellcat and when I’m ready to purchase again they will be my ONLY choice. I walked away with complete confidence in my deal and not a hint of buyer’s remorse. I highly recommend Luxury Motorsports for any of purchase of any type of vehicle and they even have a plug on new wheel from a local store from what they tell me, I will write about that experience in a follow up review.

Best car buying experience in my life. Joey, Ken, Ray and Steve were all fun, professional, and honest to work with. There was absolutely no tricks, pressure or games that I have experienced at other dealerships. This is the first time I can say it was actually fun buying a car. Great job guys!! According to Edmunds and KKB I got an even greater deal than advertised. Thanks for this painless buying experience. Not your typical "Used Car Dealership"

At 72 my wife and I have owed a few cars over the years. I loved having that new car smell and always want the latest updates, with new gadgets. What I didn't love was the purchasing process. It’s fair to say I would send other people to go through the process, so I did not have to deal with the sales process that always seemed to be in place. You know, the salesperson sitting down and writing out the offer of what you wanted to pay for the car. Then they would explain that it must be approved by the manager because I wasn't willing to pay sticker price. They would disappear with my keys to go into the manager's office, only to come back saying the number I offered was going to cost the story money, and there was no way to give me what I wanted for my car. But be assured that the number I had offered no one in the car business would sell the car for and no one would give me what I wanted for my car. This process would go on for hours and then I would have to fight for my keys to leave. If you know what I am talking about then let me recommend Luxury Motorsports to you. My first experience with Luxury Motorsports was to find a truck on offer-up and had a text exchange with Steve over a period of one week. We then set up a time to meet over the phone on Saturday. It was Steve's Albarran honesty and straightforwardness with the phone calls and the text that brought me into the store, even in the rain, as it turned out for that Saturday. Meeting in person confirmed my feelings of trust and comfort with Steve and the dealership. Being the GM for the store Steve had Weston Flyte help me test drive the truck I had selected on Offer-up. As it turned out I picked out the same color truck, same year 2015 ford F-150 but one with more equipment and less mileage then the one that brought me to the store. The deal was so simple and straight forward from that point on it turned out to be a real blessing and comfort to know I now have a business that I am very confident, comfortable and excited to recommend to family, friends and anyone looking for a used vehicle or new. The price on the used truck was less than Kelly Blue Book and I received the book price for my truck. They also helped me with taking my camper rig off my truck and putting it on the new truck for me. I also found the balance of the people involved at each step of the process to be friendly and more than willing to help. The environment of the store is great, clean, organized and a inventory of vehicles that amazing. I do not like giving out recommendations and have never recommended a car dealer in my 50 years of doing business, especially since coming to Phoenix, AZ in 1999. I wanted to write this recommendation because I know how hard it is to find a place you can trust and buying a car is a big investment. Luxury Motorsports is a place that you will find a marvelous process in place to find your next vehicle of any type. Luxury Motorsports has integrity, quality and people that are willing to serve your needs. not just to make a sale with the most profit that can be made no matter what must be said or done. A. What a pleasure to deal with Steve and Ray, and leave with a great vehicle!! Honest, easy going up front salesman that not only took care of my needs but have kept in touch making sure I'm 100% satisfied. I work in the powersports industry and know how things work....no smoke or hidden games from these guys, just straight to the point, honest sales process from start to finish!!! Would definitely highly recommend them for years to come.
